Large quiet clean room with a super comfortable bed. Loved the walk-in shower with its handy shelves and grab bar. Very large TV with lots of channels and a handy printed list making it easy to find them. Lots of closet space, very nice kitchenette with a large refrigerator, desk with a chair plus another chair in the room which is convenient for two people. Easy parking, fast elevator, friendly & efficient front desk staff, reasonable price compared with other area lodging.
No complaints at all. We were very happy with our choice for this one-night stay.

I couldn’t even stay! It was disgusting and smelt of marijuana throughout the building and in my room. I was staying in the area because I had multiple days of medical appointments at the Mayo Clinic and staying would have jeopardized my health. I got charged for a day and spent less than 15-20 minutes there.
It was dirty and smelt heavily of marijuana

The room was spacious, queen beds were very comfortable & bedding and pillows were fluffy & perfect. Everything worked great, hot breakfast was a plus & was good, the pool was open until midnight, rooms were very quiet, never heard any other guest unless passing them in the hallway. Famous Dave's is connected in the front and off to the side is a Caribou Coffee which was a bonus. Staff was all very friendly & there were always extra clean towels in the pool area if needed. Also vending & ice machine on each floor which was nice since we were on the 3rd floor.
Wish the elevator was more centrally located, as our room was on the opposite end, however we did have stairs on our side, so only needed to go around to use elevator when we were bringing our stuff up & when we were checking out, so not a huge deal.

I didn’t revive my 50 dollar deposit back the lady at the front desk said it would be reimbursed immediately after checkout. I need some answers asap.

been here a few times no problems. usually decent and understanding.
we booked a room, showed up and was told they were full so we had to find somewhere else to go and it was already late. traveling with our fussy toddler did not help the situation. don’t understand why they would allow you to book a room if they were fully booked up.

I honestly can’t think of something that I would say that I liked. was going to stay for 2 days but am now looking at booking a different hotel
everything in the common areas was dirty, hallways dingy and poorly lit, pool was closed, staff were not professional (though friendly) on check in- they had trouble correctly checking me into my room, in the process of checking me in gave my room to another guest who was checking in at the same time so they had to start the process over, were receiving personal phone calls/ text messages while checking me in, seemed unfamiliar with the process of checking in guests.

There were two queen size beds in the room. They were pretty comfortable. There was also a comfortable stressless chair. Heating was provided by a heater. The bathroom was clean. Toiletries were provided. There was also a tiny kitchen and utensils. There was also a microwave and coffee maker. There was a large refrigerator. The TV in the room was big.
One of the towels was dirty. Also, the inside of the tub did not look very clean and was clogged. Although there were many drawers in the room, there was no actual closet. There was only the hanger. Also, the coffee machine was not working well. Slippers were not provided.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were here for surgery at Mayo and it was very convenient with a shuttle running through the day.
A little noisy in the hallway as the pool was close by, plus someone had a doggie barking at 3 in the morning.

Staff
Toilet didn't work ran all the time flushed poorly, overall the bathroom was in poor condition, when we arrived the AC was on and the room was very cold, took hours to become comfortable.

The coffee machine was a available 24/7 and nicely stocked. Breakfast was simple but very good. Saved me a ton of money using that all week instead of in a drive-thru. The staff put us right near two entrances/exits close to wherlchair ramp, and made sure our room was accessible for my teenage daughter. The shuttle bus is a great perk, through we ended up driving ourselves the 5 mins it took to get down the street to the Mayo Clinic. Lots of shops, stores, and restaurants relatively close by. Beds were very comfortable. Good value for the price.
One staff member was particularly odd and rude to me and other guests. The rest were awesome. No cleaning, garbage collection was done, though I cleaned the room daily anyway and ended up buying and washing my own towels there, along with theirs.
