our first night the carpet in the room was wet by the air conditioner. They couldn’t give us another room for the night because they were full but switched our room for the next night. also the towels were very ruff and thin.

This is the most caring and kind hotel I stayed in.

This is the most caring and kind hotel I stayed in. On the day I checked out, I mistakenly locked the car key in trunk. I rented it from Herz. I am Chinese and my English is not good. The front desk lady spent a lot of time helping me call Herz. As we all know, Herz's phone calls are difficult to get through, and she didn't tire of it and called for several hours. Later, the unlocking personnel sent by Herz were also unable to help me open the trunk of the car. She came to my car and tried to help me open it. Another man from the hotel, I suspect the boss, also tried to help me open it and called Toyota for help. I am so grateful to them. They are loved ones, and I will remember their help. I will still stay here next time I come to Champagne.

Close to Freeway. Very clean and quiet. Good breakfast

No grab bar in the shower and the tub floor was slippery. Bathroom light and fan were on the same switch and the fan was too noisy to leave the light on for a nightlight.

Great stay!

Property was very clean, and looked like it had recently been renovated. Bed was very comfortable. It was close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was great. Staff at front desk was friendly and helpful.

Advertised pool and hot tub so we booked along our route from Nashville to Ohare airport. NO hot tub, very small pool made to look larger than it is online. We were very tired and wanted to soak in a hot tub, so very dissatisfied

Outdated room but staff was nice

Staff was nice. The room had all necessary options.

The AC ventilation was running all night and no option to low it down except for turning it off. The room was outdated and not very clean. There were not enough towels ready even though we booked for 4 people. The hair dryer is as travel hair-dryer (as small as you can imagine it). The breakfast was “ok”. But if I should have stayed longer, my rating would be lower.

My room was old, outdated, smelly and rug/couches were disgustingly, the lighting was 1970’s There is no common sitting outside nor inside It is not welcoming to want to stay in the hotel commons nor the staff is very welcoming

Exceptional

The rooms were nice, the beds were really comfortable and the price was way better than most hotels around them.

I was on the 3rd floor, and the vending and ice were on the first floor. Hallways could use some freshening up. Maybe new carpet and paint.

Below my expectations

Proximity to shopping, restaurants and movie theater

I have stayed at this facility before, but this time the facility was worn. I recognize they were remodeling third floor so hopefully the entire place will get a facelift. The breakfast had a waffle machine but no batter to make waffles. The apple juice was out with no sign letting you know.

1st Country Inn and Suites I won't go back to. It's a private ownership thing not a company thing.

The front desk lady wasn't friendly at all. Gave us a key to a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. The hallways smelled like an old smokers car. The section we got moved to was under construction so there was drilling and loud noises for a few hours. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom just a bar of soap. The pool was so dirty you couldn't see the bottom and there was residue growing around the edges. The entire hotel is old and outdated.

A pleasant stay at a comfortable suite in a safe location.

Great mattress and linens. Quiet. Very friendly staff at desk, breakfast, and maids. Nice selection at breakfast. Good, hot coffee.

TV in living room of 204 wouldn't connect to 'source'. HDMI cable was not connected, so attached but still unable to get it to work. TV in bedroom worked fine.
