Delightful

Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious, and the soup in the evenings was also delightful. Definitely would plan on staying at this location again.

Our first experience with AmericInns was excellent!

AmericInn Bemidji was very nice and a pleasant surprise after some disappointments along the way from western Washington to Minneapolis. The facility is newer and in excellent condition, and our room was very clean. The staff was very welcoming (we appreciated the cookies upon our arrival). The breakfast and the breakfast area were very good - much better than most. A good endorsement for AmericInns, which we had not tried previously. If you like ice cream, don't miss Big River Scoop downtown on Bemidji Avenue North - just be prepared to possibly stand in a long line.

No criticisms - a very pleasant facility and staff.

We had a very comfortable stay here.

The pool and hot tub were great. The hotel is nicely positioned. The breakfast provided was a cooked breakfast and to a very high standard. Best we have ever had. The rooms and hotel layout were also at a high standard.

The staff didn’t point out that the rooms would not be serviced unless requested.

The room was clean .the staff was very friendly.the breakfast lady was super sweet and did a great job with the food and the guests.

The hot tub was broken .there were no jets!!it was just a big bathtub.i specifically ASKED about the hot tub.a boy threw up in the swimming pool and the staff just took out the chunks.THAT was her request to the family.they never cleaned it out.people were supposed to still go swim in it.

Convenient location, very basic but clean.

Good location, good breakfast, attentive staff kept breakfast items well stocked. Friendly counter staff. Enjoyed the cookies at the front desk.

The property could use a remodel/refresh, looks tired pool floor needs to be painted, a television with a better picture, bed mattress could be replaced. The view outside our room of the garbage dumpster’s wasn’t the best.

Uncomfortable

Good location, friendly staff, plenty of parking.

We reserved a playpen for our infant so we did not have to travel with one. We verified they had one two times, when we arrived it was very dirty and broken we had no bed for our child so we did not get any rest the three nights we stayed. The pool temperature was unbearable for our children it was soo cold. Bathrooms are very small and mold on the ceiling tiles.

Friendly staff, decent accommodations, noisy area.

The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good, we liked that it was pet-friendly.

The pillows are very small. I wishes we’d had standard sized pillows. The area surrounding the hotel is very loud between the cars, giant trucks and motorcycles. The AC in the room was very noisy and just kept kicking on and off all night, waking me up.

Peaceful, friendly people & loved the room!

Love the Continental Breakfasts at hotels. Makes it so easy to grab a little breakfast & go. The people are really great that worked in the hotel? Rooms looked beautiful & spotless. My husband & I thought the Dove 9 ounce bottles of shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the shower in holders were the best thing ever. I really wished you could buy them from the stores. Not like a dispenser where you have to empty a bottle in.

Its hard to think of anything that was bad! We did find a taco in the microwave that people before us heated up & forgot!! was funny!

Excellent location to everything. Good service, Courteous staff, comfortable room.

No fault of the Hotel😐, but young guys kept reving their car engines up in the KFC lot next door both nights when trying to sleep.

The hot tub didn’t work, the pool gave us all a chemical rash, the guy at check in didn’t ask for any type of ID. Those are just a few of issues.

don’t waste money. terrible beds and pillows.

the assistant manager was very friendly and accommodating. the kids enjoyed the pool. the hottub was a good temperature. good location.

the beds and pillows were the absolute worst. I would have slept better in my car. even my kids couldn’t sleep. a lot of tossing and turning. woke up with extreme body pain from such terrible beds and pillows. hair in tub. the jets on hottub were weak. breakfast the waffle machine was broke.
