REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH MOTEL 6

ROOM MET EXPECTATIONS HOWEVER I DIDN`T EXPECT "NOTHING OF ASSISTANCE AFTER FALL ON PROPERTY.

COMMUNICATION AFTER REQUESTING ACCIDENT REPORT.THE HANDICAPPED PARKING IS IN DISREPAIR CAUSING MY FALL.I WAS NOT GIVEN THE SERVICE I EXPECTED AS I FREQUENTLY (4)STAYS WITHIN THE LAST MONTH.I AM WAITING UNTIL NOV.29 FOR RESPONSE BEFORE PROCEEDING AFTER REPORTED FALL TO MY INSURANCE

You get for what you paid for.

The location was perfect

We only booked to sleep, The walls were so thin we heard every sexual encounter that was happening next door. I had to sleep with headphones, I did not step inside the shower, it had mold & it looked nasty. I told my husband we should have just booked at the other hotel Hamptons. Thank goodness this was just for the night only, we got up at 8 am and we were out of there at 9 am.

Worked for us but not sure we would stay there again.

The room was clean. Everything looked freshly painted. I liked that there was a restaurant next door. Everything worked in the room and the air conditioner was quiet.

The bed was not very comfortable and there could have been an easy chair in the room.

Disappointment

Beds were absolutely terrible..very small queen bed, hard bed and uncomfortable. Pillow case and towel were stained- real gross. I get that it is an inexpensive hotel but the stains were ridiculous- never again!

Water in the faucet comes to strong spray all over you Shower don't have cold water is hot even if you turn it all the way to the bottom Is just a reminder alot of people travel w kids and teens I got a neighbors couple that was making rated R noises it was embarrassing for my husband and me telling my 2 girls to put their music and earpiece so they won't hear the loud yelling... Of this lady I understand we all done it before, but I considered my neighbors too ... First time it happens too us ...and hopefully is the last time

Do NOT Stay Here

The location was good to where I needed to be.

They had to change my room twice, the 1st room was dirty as in filthy, the front desk agreed this room had not been cleaned well enough (blood on curtains, hair on bed) and switched my room. The 2nd room was also dirty, the bed was ok but the curtains had weird stains and the toilet had pee stains on it. The fridge didn't work and I had no hot water. When I checked out early (obviously) they refused to compensate me for the time I stayed there because they felt "the room met my needs" but they did refund the rest of my stay. The pictures on Booking must be old because this location is run down looking and there are unsavory characters hanging out there.

Clean, comfortable road trip stop.

Close access to highway, easy check-in, friendly counter person, lit parking lot. Room was basic, yet comfortable and clean. Nothing fancy, but good!

The room was dirty, table in front of the bed was all sticky, the bathroom toilet/floor had hairs all over, and the shower tub was yellow.
