It was indoors.
Everything else. Truly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was a trap house for rent by the night.
8.0 / 10.0
It was close to where I had to go.

The space
Had no iron in the room or ironing board had to go down stairs to ask for one ending up going to buy my own cause theirs was not a good one

The room was nice and big.
There was a strange odor throughout the property.
The breakfast bar was pathetic!!! I’d be embarrassed to even say that breakfast was included.
There was no elevator to the second floor and the stairwells smelled bad.

Front desk clerk named Amy was super helpful and made everything about my stay easier.
Rooms are not very spund proof. Can pretty much hear everything around you.

I liked how it was close to things
it had cockroaches in the bathroom
6.0 / 10.0
Breakfast was included, an indoor pool, affordability for a short stay.
I had brought attention to the receptionist the morning of 5/14 that there were multiple german roaches in my room, as well as me having bug bites on my body from in the bed. I know they were not bedbugs. She said she would make a note of it - without asking my name or room number. I told her I wanted the manager to call me because it was unacceptable & I asked what time he came in on Monday. “He’s supposed to be here at 10 am but you know as managers are” - I responded that I am an asst manager at a hotel where I live so I was unsure what she meant & repeated again that it is unacceptable. I went back to my room & saw another (#5) german roach which I had told her about. After checking out I had to ASK for my $100 cash deposit back & she looked confused, so I repeated it and said “the $100 cash deposit I was told to give when I checked in?” Then she asked for my name to give it back to me…. but she was gonna leave a note about the roaches, bug bites on my body & for the manager to call me? Overall very weird interaction and I am not happy about it.

location, that’s about it.
Toilet did not work and leaked
Window in room broke
Bathroom door did not open all the way
no towels in the room
Pool was so over chlorinated it it burned everyone’s eyes and made it difficult to breathe.
For this to be a non-smoking facility the smell of stagnant smoke was very pungent.
The continental breakfast consist of bread and a toaster 3 apples and a banana.
Lock on the bathroom door was busted and non-functional.

not much.
smelt like cigarettes if they weren’t going to charge me a full night stay for canceling I would have. this is a druggie hotel. we literally saw people who were checking out emptying the room out the window. our room didn’t have a light other than the lights in entrance area and light from the mirror. the “breakfast” that’s included was bread and oatmeal. the bathroom door handle was broken. there are doors to join rooms for large groups and it smelt like the room next to us kept their ash tray (supposed to be non smoking hotel) in front of it which made that portion of our room smell like an ash tray my son coughed the whole stay.

The house keepers were drama free and exceptionally friendly!
Employees, except 2 were very unprofessional about making up rules as they go. Manager does not like dogs or animals and showed discrimination against my service animal upon arrival. Lies were told when there was a sewage problem in the building and the smell was blamed on my service anima,l stating that he was not house broken. My animal never messed (pooped or urinated) in the room/hotel! Hallways smelled of strong marijuana and sewer waste. Dead deer on premises for at least 2 weeks. Other than that, it was an ok stay. Need to work on professionalism and keeping here say out of the workplace.

Missing plugs in the lamp. Lamp on deck was broken. Shower curtain was stained. Heater wouldn’t turn off or down.

Nothing
The fact that this place has made at least $3,000.00, off of us.
I saved a cat that was on the Air conditioner outside of the window from the room to the left of us.
The rude front desk boy cussed me and told me that he was going to knock me out!!!!!

staff was nice. great location
my room reeked of smoke. it was evident that the previous customer was smoking out the door as the screen was busted out. was offered room spray (which helped for seconds) and not a mother room as they were “full” but plenty of other rooms were available on multiple sites.

front desk lady at check in
there was only oatmeal and orange juice and a muffin for breakfast when the add for breakfast was much more advertised…. and the morning lady was 20 min late to work so we had to wait for nothing … it was a disappointment…

Staff were great
Not as clean. stains in more places to count. Smell wasn’t great.
6.0 / 10.0
The room was clean and shower was hot.
Hotel is located right next to I-85, so all you hear is highway noise all night long.
