nothing I called twice to make sure the pool was open because my grandkids were coming to visit. when we got there they told me the pool was closed. Had to find somewhere else to stay last minute.

when I called I was lied to and said pool was open and will be open and it was not.

One of the closest properties to stay when attending anything at Alpine Valley. Space was clean. There was a small microwave, fridge, and coffee pot in the room.

They do upcharge on concert nights as expected. the rooms are similar to a motel 6 or Super 8. Very basic with hard mattresses. Small TV’s with limited Chanel’s. No options for streaming services. Nothing close is open 24 hours including gas stations. Available breakfast was okay. They did have pancakes available as the only hot option as well as some cereal and prepackaged pastries. Coffee and Milk but no other drink options.

They just had new construction done for the breakfast area. The owner told me there is more remodeling to be done in the winter he hopes. But the new remodeling that was done is nice. And the coffee is great.

Convenient location for my work in the area. Room was clean and had a frig and microwave for daily food storage and preparation.

Breakfast choices were OK, just need to add more protein options.

The facility was very run down. The walls, furniture, and bathroom tile were dirty. Even though it is a non smoking facility it smelled of cigarette smoke. The curtains and window screens were worn, dry rotted and stained. The place needs a thorough update to make it adequate for any stays. Couldn’t even locate an ice machine. Breakfast was a bust. Didn’t even have fresh fruit on the buffet let alone anything else that was edible. Extremely expensive considering that you had to reserve two nights on a weekend. There for a wedding and didn’t even get the wedding room deal. Certainty not worth $300.00 a night. For what?! Location? Please consider checking out facilities in Burlington, WI before you book here.

We booked through booking .com and they were not honest with us about no cancellation fee, complimentary breakfast and they also told us when we get to the hotel to ask for the senior discount or AARP. None of the above were true!! We are still waiting to get our money back from booking.com!

We should have been told the truth! Then when you walk into the hotel there is no one at the counter and you have to pick up a phone to have someone come to the counter. When we were checking out I had to call someone up and Kush was not very happy to have to come up.

Stay was great, clean and comfortable.

I left an item in our room and had to call MANY times and speak to multiple members of staff to get this resolved. Very frustrating and time consuming.

Bed

Lights on in the pool and hot tub area. Couldn’t even find a person to help get lights and we had no pool towels. The door to the mechanical and chemical room unlocked and also NO lights! Advertise breakfast and there was no breakfast!

The elevator didn't work the vanity outlet also didn't work. The steps I had to take were filthy and filled with dust bunnies and crumbs. The bathtub was dirty. I travel frequently and have stayed at much nicer places for half that price. If I pay more than 100 dollars for a room I expect more.

The staff did clean our room during the stay which is nice since most do not do that since the start of the pandemic.

The lobby was filthy. The room was not very clean. The grounds were littered and the room was very small. The beds were horrible.
