No refrigerator no coffee in the room ice machine had to walk to the other end of the building in the middle of the complex by Office no Kleenexes in room

Booking ne devrait plus le proposer à bannir.

Personnel à la réception hyper désagréable Piscine eau verte, détritus en tout genre qui flottait Chambre très sale( poils, cheveux, dans la douche et les lits) odeur désagréable. Plomberie de salle de bain hyper bruyante toute la nuit. Tu ne fonctionnait pas. Proche de rails de train d’où vacarme.

The room had a microwave and a refrigerator and looked like it had been recently renovated

Prior to arriving the motel was difficult to contact. Had to call multiple times to get through. When we got there the toilet wouldn't flush good and had to be plunged numerous times during the first couple days of our stay.

This is a decent stay for cheap. If you’re not planning on being in the room a lot, this place is fine.

Location to Cheyenne and the staff was very friendly. Clean for the most part.

Room was small. Did not have AC running when we arrived so room was very hot for awhile. The light from the pool shined directly in our room all night. No refrigerator.

I everything we wanted to do was within a 10 mile radius. Very convenient

There were alot of flies and no rooms available with a tub for now. Other than that we had a great time. Thanks1🙂

Not worth the money we paid, and will never use booking.com or this hotel ever again

We arrived to a hotel that was still being remodeled, pool was not useable, our room was not ready when arrived, the room its self was clean, with clean sheets. but the room size was small. The TV had maybe 7 channels, the remote did not work. the laundry facilities were broken down. at one point there was about an inch of water in the lobby of the check in office. This place is a dump.

That I had a choice if wanted lower room or top room..King size room.frig really nice size.like headboard robe light nice touch.

Only one trash can,tv control didn't work on for that brand of t.v,microwave wasn't plugged in ready to be used.didnt provided extra bed cots.

Do not book. Motel is closed.

I'm not sure why this motel is still being advertised on booking.com. The hotel has been closed for several months. Once we arrived, the place was deserted. We had to book a reservation at another location.

Unbelievable that Motel 6 was closed, and we couldn’t stay even though we had a reservation.

Nothing. Motel 6 was closed. We had a reservation, and when we arrived there was a note on the door saying the hotel was closed.

Motel 6 could have been open. Since it wasn’t open, we should have received an email saying it was closed and we couldn’t stay.

that there was actually someone there to talk to telling me the hotel was closed

the pipes burst on Dec 22 and the hotel was closed, so when I arrived on Jan 1, it was locked up. I don't understand how Booking.com didn;t know so that I could make alternative accomodations.

Clean room and manager was helpful

Rooms were cold ( like45°) and no hot water ,moved rooms 1of 2 rooms was still cold and ended up all of us together,also only very light blankets and the key cards stopped working ,, also tripped over bed leg and broke my wrist

Great location to pivot from in this historic, sometimes busy, city. Nice relaxing room. Basic necessities and conveniences covered.

For being a cheaper hotel, it didn't really have any flaws. We had a good stay.

I booked a room via Booking.com and when I got there, they didn't have my reservation, couldn't offer me a room even though the place was empty. I had to cancel and find somewhere else to stay. Dirty staff, dirty office, poor attitude, would never recommend. Sketchy people hanging around outside.

The guy at the desk was amazing. He arrnged a few things so I could check in in the middle of the night which was SO helpful. They were very forgiving on time of room payment

I think they may if been strapped for room in middle of the night and maybe I got the last if the last but it had hair in shower and on the floor. Water spots on counter and mirror and what looked like tar on the floor. Otherwise was ok

Not the best stay!

Easy to get to, staff was friendly.

Room was dirty, air conditioner was leaking on floor, no soap or shampoo in room. Only 1 towel per person. No hand towels. Property was dirty and not maintained. There was feces in toilet not flushed. Room was not cleaned it appeared to me.

There was a condom in the drain in the shower there was cigarette butts all over the outside and the dog area was awful it was just dirty the whole place was dirty I'm even the floor was dirty you could tell they might sweep the no they didn't even sweep the floor it was just dirty.

THE ROOM (EVERY PART) WAS FILTHY...BATHROOM WAS NASTY..Shower and toilet etc had pubic hairs and hair all over...Floors were sticky and bed sheets were dirty..It was my 17 yr old daughter and I and we were both shocked and couldn't wait to leave in morning..I love Motel 6 & stayed in several, however, Will not return to this one nor will I recommend this one to Family and Friends.

I wish I had skipped this place and gone on to Laramie, instead.

They did not charge a fee for my dog. They put me on the ground floor with easy access to parking.

My room was non-smoking, but cigarette smoke from adjacent rooms filtered in all night long, It was horrid for an asthma sufferer. The room was also infested with flies, and the shower was the worst I've ever seen. The property is under renovation, and I had to move my vehicle to avoid spray paint from work on the second floor. In general, skip this place until they get the renovations done, but even better, skip Cheyenne completely and drive on to Laramie. This section of Cheyenne is ugly and dirty, with lots of construction and development, and sketchy characters around.
