Le personnel est désagréable La chambre etait sale Nous avons trouvé des cafards morts sur le sol La porte de la salle ne se fermait pas car gondolé Les prises de courant ne fonctionnaient pas donc impossible de recharger les téléphones Je ne recommande pas ce motel

The room door was damaged and the beds were too close to each other! Also the driveway is one way in and out!

The floors were dirty with stains of who knows what, the rooms smelled horrible, won't give a refund for a booking after cancelation within the same day as the booking. Even after I canceled and just did a walk-in as I needed the room asap

Budget pay, budget stay

Staff was very accomodating. Lia was good in problem solving the issue I had with the first room where the aircon could not turn on..She moved me to another room at ensured that the facilities were working.

The newly renovated rooms were aesthetically good. However the rooms had dirt that came from renovation. I would advise a good sweep and wipe to the surfaces to make it cleaner for guests.

Que estaba en un lugar accesible a la carretera

El personal de muy mal gusto grosero y muy indiferente a mi queja del mal olor que tenía la habitación pedí y solicité un cambio y me lo negaron rotundamente a pesar de que había disponibilidad Me pidieron el pago de las dos noches y un depósito que en ninguna parte de la reservación decía que había que hacer y no podía hacerlo con tarjeta sino en efectivo y de tan mal olor que tenía la habitación que me tuve que ir y no me devolvieron nada solamente una noche estuve ahí y en booking no me arreglaron nada cuando llamé por teléfono

It was close to Glen Helen Raceway.

This place was disgusting and in an extremely rough area. If I had not prepaid for the room I absolutely would not have stayed here.

It was quiet I felt safe

I did not like the blanket over the sheet was stained I think there should be better linen for the beds it was your regular cotton looking Old Time blanket and there was no remote for the TV in the room

The location was ok very close to shops and food places.

They don't have a refrigerator as they say, there were cockroaches, the television has no cable, the air conditioning and the bed made a lot of noise, and it smelled too much like a cigarette even i asked for a non-smoking room

The staff was very friendly upon arrival

If there was access to pool or continental breakfast, I wasn't advised about it. I arrived pretty late to the location, like after 10pm. I requested a late checkout due to my late arrival however, i was not able to be accommodated. This should be an automatic courtesy for a customer who checks in after a certain hour the night before. The checkout time should automatically be extended to 1pm instead of 11am. Imagine how high the retention rate would increase by adding this small bonus.

Good price, food nearby but the on-site manager is awful

oh, I liked that. There was food nearby within walking distance.

The on-site manager was unnecessarily rude and threaten to throw me off the property or call the police when I went onto the motel six website to extend my stay by a couple days. She said that they don’t take reservations from their own website and took my deposit because I didn’t check out even though I had already made the payment to book the room for two more days.

Good parking lot lighting

Room smelled like smoke and cannabis. Several people sleeping in cars and on stairwells. Neither bedside light switches worked.
