Not much good other then close to beach

What a nightmare

The hotel was dirty there was trash everywhere. I have seen several needles the kids COULD NOT play in the grass area because of needles there was yelling and fighting all night long waking up my grandson and the other Kids i had to switch floors because the elevator did not work and I can not walk up stairs this hotel was disgusting filthy my daughter inlaw broke out so bad from sleeping in the bed I had to give her Benadryl my son was getting in his bed and there was blood on his sheets and worms I asked the front desk for clean sheets and they gave me more bloody sheets I had to go buy him sheet so he would sleep in the bed .. I'm so upset with this hotel I should get my money back I will never stay here again it's sad when my kids ask to go back home early this is not how I planned on spending my vacation that took me a year to save I have been crying my eyes out and I am so heartbroken I'm not sharing no photos I'm to embarrassed

I was put in a smoking room, it was absolutely disgusting. The room didnt look clean, I checked for bed bugs and there were dead skin cells all around the headboard. We checked in after 2a and the check in office was off site so I was unable to be moved at that time. The carpet was sticky and stained. The chairs in the room were nasty. You couldnt pay me to book it again.

Great location

The location was really great and the beach was really nice. We were close to everything that we wanted to see also.

When we asked for more towels, no one came and left us any. There were also some bugs in our room. But the front office staff was always so friendly.

That I booked a oceanfront and when I got there I was told they was sold out of oceanfront rooms. The noise was really bad. People arguing all night. I liked the hotel staff but I won't be staying there again

Just some thoughts and concerns

Ocean view was nice. The room was also nice.

Didn't get a balcony room like I asked. Opening the room door was not good. Locks need to be upgraded asap

Need to get rid of bed bugs

The from desk receptionist was nice

The room I was goven had bed bugs, when I reported it they said they would give me quarters to dry my clothes that I NEVER RECIEVED, they didn't seem to care much. One of the towels had alot of dirt and a dried roach on it.There was only one tv , old stove that half way worked. I. The second room everything was the same but no bugs. TUBS have chipped paint not to appealing to wash in after the first room my kids were disappointed and really just wanted to go but at the last minute when we got all pur bags in the car they magically had another room.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was a little confused about the bad reviews. We had a great time and it was relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Don't judge until you stay.

We had 2 rooms but 1 TV. The first night the TV kept freezing up.

There was only 1 ramp to get your things on the elevator, you had to walk around the entire property.

As many times as we have stayed here never had a problem with our midget getting on the elevator and now they put a sign up on the third floor saying no dogs allowed but not on any of the other floors I don't understand this and it was really upsetting because my girlfriend couldn't not hardly walk with the dog down the steps

Dirty and nasty!!!!! Hood motel

It was close to my family members house! And the traffic was bad at all.

The place smelt from the moment we got on the elevator not to mention dirty. The motel looked like a place they rented to contractors because there where dirty work boots laying around out in the hallway as we went out room. Our bathroom shower wasn't clean toilet just ran couldn't flush and the sink was stopped up I had to plug it myself to get the water to go out. There were lids and cigarettes butts clogged up in there. I reported all of this to the front office I will never stay there or recommend anyone to!!
