Rudy and inconsiderate staff

This place needs better staff. Except for the young lady that checked me in, theyre all rude and inconsiderate. My family and i were woken up at 730 by the employees outside watering the walls and sliding doors (that are connected to the rooms we slept in) and located at the back of the building. We asked them to stop because we were trying to sleep. They then decided to go around to the front of the building and started watering the front windows and front door! They were ridiculously loud, practically yelling to one another. I went out and Asked them to stop once again and they said they couldn't because that was there job and that they were almost done.

Disappointed in the cleanliness.

The first room that we were assigned to (202) was dirty. Floors were not swept, spots on the wall, two hairs on toilet in master bathroom, outside of refrigerator had not been wiped down along with some kitchen cabinets, food spots on stove. Bed in master room looked like a kid made it. 2nd room (209) much cleaner but opened 2nd bedroom closet one closet was full of popcorn kernels with a few pretzel sticks along with a pretzel stick leading to the closet. 2nd closet didn't have as many popcorn kernels in it. Very disappointed that 1st room wasn't clean and I had to relocate to an upstairs room with my seniors. I didn't like that at all. Also room 202 needs a good deep clean doors, floors, baseboards, wall. I just felt like I needed a bleach bath when I went in.

never again .

beautiful property. condo was clean . the groundsmen were nice and helpful. the lady at front desk was confusing of directions of condo. she also lied on sat , march 19. she lied that the reason the pool was closed was that all pools in Palm desert and Palm Springs was closed per health dept . said one person was diagnosed with legionaries disease. untrue as i called over 10 hotels that day and no pools were closed and no notices from health dept. i called health dept yesterday and it was not true . why she lied? no idea. that was around 10:00-10:30 am . shame on her . and no Internet service . she said they had to come out , that they were coming soon and she was aware of it . checked later and said she has to call them. i am not happy with her .

Overall I enjoy coming here. I have been coming here for 5yrs now. But, through my aunts Timeshare.

The large one bedroom. The grounds, area, pool.

Didlike that the the pool hours were cut short. It use to be 10pm. And its now 8pm?? :( No jaquzzi's were in use/open, nor the gym. :(

Smokers

Pretty, nice pool.

Had neighbors that were smokers and they sat out on the patio and smoked so much that we could never use our patio. Management said they were allowed to smoke out there and didn’t seem to care one iota that we were not able to enjoy that aspect of our condo. That is one thing I so look forward to in Palm Springs, is to read outside on a patio or deck. I won’t be coming back!

Good

All of the staff members that we interacted with were very friendly. During office hours they responded immediately to our maintenance request, towel exchange and questions. The resort is gated and the grounds were well maintained. The pool is simple, but peaceful and relaxing. The pool was not very busy during our stay, which was nice, there was plenty of room for social distancing. With a family, it was really nice to have a refrigerator and dining table.

The only issue we had was that we checked in late and then because the front desk does not have 24 hours, we had to wait until the next morning to have our questions/concerns addressed. I recommend checking in at least an hour before the front desk closes so in case any issue arises when you get to your room, you can have it addressed before the next morning.
