The room looks a lot better than what you would expect from a motel 6. Nice big shower with a beautiful bathroom set up. Very accepting of pets.
One of the staff members was not welcoming at all. I’ve been here for about a month now and this same employee is just very aloof and a bit rude, I hate having interactions with him. The A/C broke on the third night and started leaking an insane amount of water which ruined a few of clothes but housekeeping had left so I had to clean it on my own. Also, I had paid up a week and the day before checkout the front desk called and told me I hadn’t paid for a week and needed to leave. I was extremely frustrated and was about to show them the pay statement in which they took the money for a week however the front desk called and said they had made a mistake. They did not apologize, no compensation, and the employee was very rude when I tried to explain that I HAD paid for a week and also when he had to call back admit to their mistake. I asked wtf happened and they said it was just a mistake on their end trying to hurry me off the phone. The staff up here doesn’t care about its guests. There are only two employees that I can honestly say were very courteous and a pleasure to interact with and that’s Mr. Paul and a man from their extended stay location was ALWAYS very sweet and helpful. The maintenance ladies are also very sweet and persistent lol. However the lead maintenance man (I’m assuming he’s the lead bc he wears a brown shirt different than the maintenance ladies) is very creepy and I do not like the way he speaks to the maintenance ladies. He always stared at my wife when we walked by and he speaks to the maintenance ladies like dogs because they know very little English, he tried to step in on me and one of the maintenance ladies’ interactions because he assumed she was butchering my requests and walked up to us asked what I needed and I said sheets but she had already told me she didn’t have any and he just looked at her and said SHEETS when in reality I was speaking to her in Spanish so I politely told him I didn’t need his help and would like him to leave.

there was no issues with the stay

I liked that it was not far from the Hutchins State Jail.
No coffee pot, I booked a HANDICAP accessible room and did NOT get what I had expected with a roll in shower as I can NOT get in and out of a bath tub which is why I picked the HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE room, and NO coffee in lobby either.
