The place was dirty and the room smelled bad. The shower clogged and I showered in my own puddle of filth .. Won’t stay

It was only one night. Pleasant minus the roach me and my uncle saw in the elevator.

The room was fine, the bed were comfortable

The only thing I didn’t like was the roach in the elevator at 7 in the morning. That was not something I want to see in any hotel or motel no matter the stars.

Could have been a lot cleaner, a lot of bugs and visible dead roaches on the wall and ceiling, microwave was taped up, we had to ask for tissue. There was dog poop in the elevator and on the floor near the elevator, walking in from the back of the motel it smelled like death on the 1st floor, would’ve gone somewhere else but had paid online ahead and was non refundable, would not recommend staying here.

Horrible experience and will never stay their again

It was a smoking room that had a roach infestation. As temperatures dropped outside, later in the night I turned on the heat, which made roaches come out and walk across everything. Immediately called the front desk and no one would help. I ended up sleeping in my semi truck instead. I now have little bites on my neck from the roaches

I didn’t like how the staff were unwilling to find a resolution or provide a refund

the owner is rude! One of the house keepers became very rude and began cussing and yelling down the hallway. The amount of filth, dirt, stains, smells, hair, etc is absolutely absurd!!! The floors in each room we have ever tried feel greasy and gritty as if they’re NEVER cleaned. There are left over stains on every room, both microwaves and fridges are nasty and stained with old food. if you complain of these things the owner will out you on a “do not rent” list!
