The hotel is really nice! Rooms are spacious and super clean. More than enough towels. Bed was super comfortable. Buffett breakfast was awesome! Staff was super nice and very helpful! Love the location! Close to everything! Will stay here again!

Rachel at the front desk was absolutely incredible. Her customer service skills are spot on.
Not the hotels issue, but we weren’t expecting to stay at this hotel, the booking service stated that this hotel was only 8.9 miles from Ridgefield amphitheater which is where my kids were at for a concert, so being the closet hotel with a pool for an amazing price was great. Come to find out we had to travel 37 miles away from where it said it was located. But it was worth the extra miles and in the opposite direction. We will definitely stay there again!

The website said that the hotel was 5 miles from Ridgefield Washington. But had to drive an hour to a concert in Ridgefield Washington. It’s actually 50 miles.

Staff was friendly upon arrival and also when I went in for breakfast. The breakfast was one of the best that I’ve seen at a hotel. They also had an indoor pool and hot tub that I did not use but saw a family enjoying. Room was comfortable and spacious with all the amenities needed.

Location and quiet
Either booki.com or the hotel missed my request for a ground floor room. No elevator and bad knees made for a long walk up the stairs with a heavy suitcase.

The pool and hot tub were shut down due to some structural problems. Stayed here in the past and really enjoyed them, can't wait for them to be up and running again.

The breakfast was a hot breakfast, with gluten free options, protein, and fruit. It wouldn’t work for vegans, but it was much better than expected.
The bathroom was dusty, and the paint there was cracked and peeling in several locations, and there was no shower curtain liner. Also there was a used q tip on my floor, so that was gross.

the staff was so friendly and accommodating. breakfast was yummy . the whole hotel was decorated with Halloween decorations loved it
the rooms did not look like the pictures that are shown. the inside of hotel looked old and a bit outdated. the room was gloomy and bathroom looked like paint was just thrown on top of more paint.
