My wife and I felt uneasy during our entire stay. I kept checking on our vehicle and there was noticeable activity outside our room all night long. The elevator did not work and the office chair in the room was a total joke.
Initially, that the room doors opened to the outside (motel not hotel), but the most insulting thing was that they required a $50.00 deposit if you requested a non-smoking room. I mean, really, why would you request a non-smoking room if you wanted to smoke?! I will never return to this lodging property.

Nothing it was the worst hotel I have ever seen. Booking should not have it on there sight. Horrible.
It had bullet proof glass between me and check in person. Worst part of town. Enough said Shame on booking for even having it on there sight

Nothing about the property was worth what we paid.
Hotel linen was not the cleanest. Room floors were not swept well, air conditioners didn’t work well, took a very long time to check in. Breakfast was included but when my family went to eat the breakfast area was dirty, and there was no food available and the staff was not in any hurry to get it prepared so we did not get to eat at the property that morning.

It’s convenient to the highway
It was run down, filthy, non smoking room smelled like a wet ashtray and cigarette burns on the toilet seat and bed spreads. Dead bugs all over the floor. Not sure when the floors had been been cleaned last

Absolutely nothing! The hotel was so bad we got back in our car after opening the door to the room and paid to stay at another hotel. I am a former law enforcement officer. There were prostitutes in the parking lot. After being approached, I walked away. Most all of the businesses in the area were shuttered and there were not restaurants in the area.
When I went to check in, I told the clerk about some of my concerns about the facility and patrons in the area. I told him I thought I would cancel the reservation and he said I would not get any refund. He then insisted I would like the room. H wanted me to pay an additional $50 for a "non-smoking" deposit. I refused and he gave me the key to the room. The room smelled terrible (musty with heavy deodorizer smells). The hotel and room were so bad we got back in our car after opening the door to the room, we left and paid to stay at another hotel a few miles down the road. I am a former law enforcement officer. There were prostitutes in the parking lot. After being approached, I walked away. Most all of the businesses in the area were shuttered and there were not restaurants in the area.

There was a party outside our room and they were smoking marijuana and we could smell it in our room. Staff were too afraid to say anything to them. It was horrible.

Nothing
Room smelled like Marijuana, outside smelled like Marijuana, weird sketchy people, and possibly prostitutes hanging around the motel. Roaches in the bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable and squeaked. Bed linens had burn holes. The secondary lock on the inside of our room door was broken, like someone had broken in this room before. We felt so uncomfortable that we packed our stuff back up and left right after checking in. This motel felt like a cheap place for prostitution and drug usage.

I did not like anything and was forced to stay.
Everything was dirty. He refused to give me a refund and just put me in a different room. The room had a horrible smell, dirty sheets on the beds, roaches running around, toilet had black stuff smeared all over it. They had random people just laundering around the property, suspected drug activity.

Room had been remodeled and hotel was right off freeway.
Towels were paper thin and about the size of a sheet of paper. Bed was super thin and uncomfortable. Blanket/very thin comforter had bad stains on it. There was drug paraphernalia (needles) on hotel grounds. Room was not worth the price paid. Not sure why hotels in this city are expensive when it appears very dirty and sketchy.

I liked the fact the property was closed to the BJCC.
I didn’t like that I reserved a King Smoking a month or more in advance and I get stuck with two full size double beds. The beds looked liked somebody made them up and then laid across them. Glad I brought my own sheets, but it was for one king size bed. There was no iron or ironing board, no coffee maker, or no microwave. The elevator sounded like it was going to get stuck at any moment, so it only took one ride, that going up the steps to the 3rd floor wasn’t so bad. You could tell were the glass had been broken and instead of removing the broken glass, they just put another glass behind it.

I like that check in was easy, the room was simple and the water got hot. The employees were nice and the hotel is simple as it can get. Not bad at all and was very close to out destination, so I was happy about that.
Maybe it was our hotel room door but you had to hold it a certain way before opening it. The bed was squeaky as hell. Every time you would move in your sleep, here goes the squeaky noise and I immediately woke up. I didn’t get much sleep because of it.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
No coffee in the room or lobby. Breakfast started at 6:30 am, the clerk on duty said they couldn't make coffee for the lobby until 6 am. The noise was ridiculous. People were outside partying until 3:30 am. We may have gotten 2 to 3 hours of sleep. The hotel was listed as pet friendly, but there was no grass or anywhere to walk a dog.

Price intially
I did not like the added deposit because I requested a non-smoking room. The internet did NOT work. Breakfast was a joke, and Staff was not friendly at all. The room had no microwave and no coffee maker. The refrigerator was not really cold and set at the coldest it could be.

That I was able to get a better deal rate through booking.com. For the location and the smoking room that wasn't worth $120 a night.
How the office clerk looked when I came back with that better rate after being told it was $120 a night.
And there was no microwave in the room!
Breakfast is not available even though it says it's included.
