Nothing at all was very nasty,staff very rude. Didn't get what room I was supposed to (disabled). Got refunded my money 10 mins into my stay. DON'T RECOMMEND FOR NO ONE!!

Found a big bug in room because window is broke and won't close...mattress wore out...kept rolling to center. Wouldn't stay there again

It was right next to a funeral home so it was quiet.

When you walk up to the door it says NO SMOKING but when you enter the lobby it reeks of cigarette smoke. I went in my room the first time it smelled musty like no one had been in there for a long time. I went to the breakfast room the next morning the door was locked with no coffee even in the lobby. I inquired of the owner who runs the front desk he said because of Covid. Five minutes later he knocks on the door with a bag that had a granola bar,apple and a half bottle of water. The reservation says breakfast included you can’t use COVID anymore we’ve been in this for a year now get creative or don’t say breakfast is included.

. The check-in was easy. The room was very clean and neat. The bathroom was very clean also and the hot water worked well.

Each morning when I went to work (between 5a-630a) there was not any breakfast nor any offered by staff. It was doing a snow storm. The linen was very thin and harsh as if it were washed with a cheap detergent. The rooms are very clean but the whole place needs an update. It looks as if you have stepped back into the 80's.

I like that it was near everything and quick to navigate to the places I needed to be.

I had booked a smoking room but o didn’t expect for it to smell like smoke. The rooms walls are thin so you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to me on both sides. I went out and came back late, so because the hotel is an indoor hotel you have to walk inside through the lobby to get to your room, the main was door was locked and had to wait on someone to unlock it. And it was raining and very cold did not like that at all.
