Clean and close to town

Convenient to downtown Traverse City. Decent breakfast.

More places to hang clothing such as wall hooks and such

Not happy at all!!!

Sheila at the front desk was so nice and so apologetic for the mix up in our room that someone else messed up and she had to fix! She was great!!! Went out of her way to fix it! Other likeables: The bed. The cookies. The coffee machine.

Recovering from a broken foot/ankle and we’re supposed to be on the bottom floor. Had to walk up stairs as we couldn’t find the elevator. Someone else got our room even tho they were assigned another room (which we ended up getting) - on the 2nd floor! The bathroom was sooo small! The towels we could see thru. The cost of the hotel room was absolutely ridiculous for what the hotel room looked like. It was very small!!! We paid $310 and it was not worth it!!! Our door didn’t even shut right either! Ugh!

Great location with a shuttle to anywhere downtown.

The location is great for visiting Traverse City. The available free shuttle service was a great amenity. Having a breakfast available was a good addition.

The price was very high for what we are used to. I recognize this was the going rates for the area. I would recommend the hotel. Overall a good place to stay.

One night. Needed a second night and the motel was booked solid because of summer tourists.

The staff was exceptional. The shuttle for downtown is a fine idea.

We love Traverse City. We enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus.

Breakfast was very good. Location was good. Staff was nice. There was everything we needed. It was a good value. We liked that breakfast lasted until 10 a.m.

The carpet needed to be cleaned.

Overall, this is one of the best stays in TC and plan to stay here first before any other hotel.

On the Main Street. Close to restaurants, gas, stations, and not too far from the main shopping strip. Staff was friendly when we arrived. Our room had a loft which mg daughter enjoyed. It was nice to have a separate bedroom area. The hotel is clean and safe.

The bed was okay, but not really comfortable.

The location was convenient. Concierge on check in was informative and friendly. Lady that did breakfast was efficient, friendly, and helpful.

The room was full of dust, carpet was filthy, pillows were old and needed replaced. Afternoon concierge was self absorbed and not helpful. Seemed not to want to be bothered with guests.

Average hotel room with friendly staff & complimentary shuttle service.

Staff was extremely friendly & they offer a free shuttle to downtown which was great!

Room seemed very expensive for what you get but I think this area itself is very costly for lodging. Mold in the shower & hotel itself could some updating!
