The pool and villas are beautiful!
Our one issue was that the pictures online show that the villas have a hot tub on the roof but unfortunately not all of them do. When we arrived they could not change us to one with a hot tub.

The villa was spacious and clean. The location near Agia Ana beach was fantastic. And a grocery just down the street was very convenient.
The staff interaction was minimal. Hospitality was lacking until our taxi didn’t show and then staff helped accommodate with ordering another. We had traveled to
Many places by this point so hospitality may be more “average” but compared to recent experiences, there was very little.

Fabulous location, just two minutes walk from the beach, tavernas, and a chemist and supermarket virtually next door. The villa was well laid out with good sized en suite bathrooms and a small but functional kitchenette. Beds were extremely comfortable and air conditioning effective and not too noisy. The swimming pool next to the villa was superb for proper swimming as well as lazing by, with plenty of comfy sunbeds.
The kitchen could have been better equipped, as there wasn't always enough crockery and glasses for 6. Although staff were always helpful, for some reason, towels were changed every day (not necessary) and arrived damp which meant we then had to air them.
8.0
The location, the pool and the staff were great.
The kitchen and living areas could have been made a little more comfortable. Given the price maybe cable tv could be expected but I guess you are not there for tv!

great location, very friendly staff.
Kitchen not well appointed. had a hard time figuring out how to use the stovetop

To conclude I would select this hotel again and I rated with 10* because I liked the location and the quiet it offers. It had a fast and free Wi-Fi and private parking. The kitchen includes an oven, fridge and TV. At a distance of 20 meters there were supermarkets and a bus stop. 100% I will repeat this experience.

Let’s start with the location. I think there is not a better spot to stay in the villa. Right below the villas is the town and the narrow streets of the beach of Agia Anna. It’s a great accommodation which is a modem and luxury. The reception is in another hotel. The staff was friendly. The villa was large with character. It has very special design with some white references. In particular, I distinguished the closet, which was very convenient and saved us a lot of space. Regarding with the breakfast, I am very satisfied with it. It has big variety and tasty choices. I would love to recommend it to my friends.

Elegantly decorated villa with amazing, spotless and huge pool, great owners very friendly and polite, fair rates, nice location, delicious breakfast with traditional flavors, wonderful gardens and many other facilities and amenities were available to this modern complex.

Our villa was incredible, spacious with comfortable spaces. Bedrooms were great with nice view. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you may needed. The most important is that it's only a few meters from the beach.

The property has a pool and one minute walking distance from the beach.
We couldn’t find the villa because there is no name of the villa easily identifiable from the Main Street. Three weeks before my arrival I called the owner to ask if they provide transportation from the ferry station to the villa. When I called I asked the same question and was told to send an email to them which I did. I never got a response. When my friends and finally found the place we were told the place is not ready yet. That was 2pm on the 17th of September. They did even ask if we want a glass of water or something. After an hour and a half we were told that it is ready. That night when I was ready to go to ged the linen Jair the bed was wet and the air conditioning was not working. On top of that there were no liquid hand soap in any of the bathrooms. This was very disappointing as I expected more considering the price per night.

Good location
The lack of care in the property. The beds have terrible mattresses, thin sheets. Lumpy pillows. Bathroom has an open vent to the outside with the only protection a thin mesh wire.
Pool needs to be painted, and the furniture is awful. Chairs are old. Pool toys thrown all over the place.
Our front porch had a cheap, banged up table and plastic chair.
We were greeted in an unfriendly manner - I wasn’t even able to get a 2nd key.
This is a misuse of the word ‘luxury’. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Good size bedrooms and all are en suite which was great for a group. The beds in the top and bottom bedrooms were comfortable. The water pressure in the showers was good and the property was clean. The comforters on the beds were lovely and would have made a great first impression if the beds had been made up on arrival.
The location was good - there was a great beach bar across the road a supermarket and pharmacy a few steps away and a bus stop right outside to get to the port/town
It had a pool and a kids pool.
The architectural design was great and it had the potential to be a beautiful villa with some TLC and decor considerations.
The first impression walking into the villa was disappointing which is a shame as it has good bones. The kitchen was an eye sore and had just one plate in the cupboard (though plenty of glasses). The lounge furniture was too bulky for the small space which made it feel cramped and uninviting.
The sink in the basement bathroom had a drainage issue on arrival (this was fixed by the staff when informed).
Overall, it felt tired and in need of a fresh coat of paint and some updates throughout.
There were not enough sun loungers around the pool and many of them were faded and sagging.
Check out time is 12-2pm yet the staff kept trying to push us out at 12pm.
I opted for payment on arrival when booking but the property took payment a week before arrival without notifying me.

The villa we stayed in was exceptional. It is new (still had new construction smell!), pristine, and was decorated very nicely. The main area isn't seen easily from the the main road, which was nice, and once you entered the courtyard, it was quite lovely. The jacuzzi was on the roof and was a wonderful way to end the day. The pool in the courtyard was clean and seemed to be a wonderful place for families to spend the day (we didn't go in but for no reason other than we went to the beach). While we did not cook, I didn't notice much more than silverware, cups, and plate ware - and this was sufficient for our needs. The surrounding area was very family friendly, with many, many restaurants within walking distance - both on the beach and on the main road. A market was less than a 3 minute walk from the villa and had more than enough choices for fresh fruits and cheeses. To the side of the villa we were in (the one on the end facing the left as you entered the courtyard), there was a parking lot where day beach goers parked which was quiet and uneventful. Directly behind the villa was a small farm with goats, dogs, chickens, etc. The hosts were polite, responsive in all ways, and helpful in calling cabs whenever we needed. The front of the property also had a small cafe where we were able to get breakfast and snacks during the day. A wonderful, low-key, family-friendly villa in a quaint small town. Small suggestions: include hangers for the closets and clothes pins to keep wet towels secure outside :)

The villa was clean and a very good size. The beds although only double were comfortable.
The breakfast was not acceptable. The selection poor and we ended up going out for breakfast everyday so did not get the money paid back.
The beds are really double or 140 cm.

and run by the nicest family ever! Thank you!

The pool
Beds were terrible, no curtains in the main entrance of the villa=no privacy, very short entrance for the cars with marks left & right meaning lots of cars scratched, no interest whatsoever.

Location was perfect! Beach and a lot of restaurants near to villa. Very clean and peaceful place. Jacuzzi was cool and it was nice to sit there during sunset. Super nice staff and perfect cleaning as well! Nothing bad to say!

Great apartment in great location. Kids loved the large pool and spa. Apartment is brand new, very clean and comfortable. For my family of 5, plenty of room for us in three bedrooms and lounge area. Beach is very close, lots of great restaurants, bus stop very close as was a supermarket. Very quiet location away from Naxos Village. Friendly staff and family run. Spent 4 nights here, very relaxing.
Lacked in kitchen utensils, was difficult to cook in apartment, and wash up afterwards.

Beautiful white marble villa with rooftop patio and hot tub looking over the sea and the sundown. Living the dream! Close to the same and water and many nice restaurants. Close a market if you do your own thing for meals.
