It was a freaking nightmare I hope I never have to go through it again that was

The room had no refrigerator no microwave and no door lock When went to do laundry both washing machines were broken

People walking through the parking lot all the time! Day and night! They don't stay at the motel

There was no hair dryer, no klenex and no breakfast. Only reason we stayed there is because it was near the KOA camp ground where our friends were staying.

The basics would have been nice.

Disappointing

It was close to the interstate.

The door handle fell off as we were opening the door to leave the room the next day after checking in. We fixed it but had to be very careful not to pull it off again.

Needed a motel close to job site. This property was that, reasonably priced, and clean.

No bells and whistles (i.e. coffee pot, breakfast, etc.), but clean and decent for work related stay. Hot water, comfortable bed.

pillows :( The mattress was comfortable, but the pillows were not.

The worst Hotel Imive stayed in, hands down.

Bed bugs, tried yo get a refund and the owner refused after showing him pictures of the blood on the bed, and the bed bug I killed as soon as I pulled the sheets back. There were roaches and it looked like the sheets weren’t clean. I know it’s not a 5* Hotel but it needs to be condemned. The door wouldn’t shut all the way, and there was toilet paper in the peep hole. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve been all around the country.

The beds were comfortable quiet area.

The establishment as a whole was run down. The price was very high considering our room was dirty.

I think the staff was great but they need breakfast, they need more pillows and more towels and ice. It was clean.

The writing on the fridge and microwave and no breakfast and no coffee. No ice and a little noise.

I liked the location, price was reasonable, the size of the room was good, light above the sink was good

When I got to the front desk the receptionist didn't sound very knowledge or welcoming. He was NOT rude though. Toilet was not working properly. It must be fixed. Lighting was poor. AC/ Heater was noisy

Pleasant

Supposed to have breakfast, no coffee or breakfast. Light switch was a lamp on entry to a very dark room.

Not perfect, but money saving choice of motel.

Breakfast was not included, but this older style motel was way cheaper than the alternatives, and we had plenty of extra $$ to buy breakfast at McDonalds. The motel is located close to the Blind Tiger, a very popular microbrewery and restaurant. The king sized bed was comfortable and the TV was nice. The man at the desk was helpful and friendly. The refrigerator and microwave were a bonus.

The bathroom is not as updated as the room. I wasn't sure if the stains in the toilet bowl were permanent or if it needed a little bleach. I'm not sure if the top of the outlet nearest the door worked.

Other then the price being higher because I booked through the internet and no continental breakfast

There was no continental breakfast I guess it's cuz of their area and the covid-19 thing other than that it was good except for I found out did a fight a waited and just got the room there I would have got a military discount

Nice place, just wish they didn’t require a deposit. I think the front desk lady got me for $25 though. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Nice location, walking distance from gas station and laundry site is not far from rooms.

The walls were dirty, carpet wasn’t clean and dressers weren’t clean either. I had to clean the tops of everything in my room with Lysol wipes.

The bed was very comfortable, it’s obviously an older building but it was clean considering

Poor

There were a few questionable characters hanging around the exterior of the hotel. They circled my car when I pulled up and appeared to be intoxicated. I asked the staff if it was safe to stay there and she responded "you can try another property." Unfortunately, all were sold out in the city that night. A few times during the night there were people roaming around in the parking lot (which is stricting for motel guests) with shopping carts picking up canned goods that were left randoming around the parking lot. Needless so say, I didn't get much sleep.
