Superb

location was minutes from Gruene Historic area and 10 minutes to downtown New Braunfels Size of 2 bedroom allowed for privacy if traveling with other guests

Excellent room, location, comfort and amenities. The staff were outstanding!

The staff knew it was my birthday and went out of their way to make it special...including leaving a surprise in the room. I was assigned a concierge who was available for questions and recommendations. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. An added bonus was the wine tasting on Friday afternoons. So, we started our weekend with a nice wine which we enjoyed in front of the lounge fireplace.

A SmartTV would have been nice as we wanted to cast something from our phones.

EXCELLENT RECOMMEND AND WILL STAY AGAIN

I liked EVERYTHING. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and attentive. The grounds clean & well kept. The room was absolutely beautiful with plenty of space and every amenity you could think of. Definitely recommend!!

Small thing. Master bedroom fan cord could be a little longer. I’m super short so even standing on bed I was barely able to reach cord to turn down. I have a remote at home that helps with the height issue. Just a thought.

It was very relaxing and enjoyable.

It was clean and peaceful. The deer were a welcome addition.

A larger pool would have been nice.

Better than expected and my kids loved having their own bedrooms.

The apartment was at the top of the hill with a small herd of deer that visited the property at the top. It was quiet.

A wonderful get-away for a long overdue visit.

I had one set of friends come the first night and leave the next day. The second set of friends arrived the 2nd day and stayed the second night. I contacted customer services and was quickly brought clean sheets and towels so I could change out for the 2nd set of friends. It was so easy and worked out great! It made a good impression on those that hadn't been there before.

Great weekend getaway!

The little condo was beautiful, and extremely clean. It had much more room than I thought it would have. For six women we were very thankful to have three bathrooms and two showers. The kitchen was great! We will definitely be back when we are staying in Gruene, it was so convenient and close to everything!

I didn’t like that you had to schedule times to go swimming in the pool, and when you did schedule a time there were other people who were using the Jacuzzi the entire time without letting other people get in to have a chance. I also didn’t like that after I checked in I had to hear a mini commercial to sign up for a 90 min timeshare presentation. And they wouldn’t take a simple no for an answer and kept trying to pressure me.

It’s sad when you have to pay for your own Wi-Fi or use your own hotspot because the property does not have it available for their guest with more expensive properties offer free Wi-Fi

Very well groomed and the condos were very spacious and accommodating

Great accommodations for family stay

Nicely furnished and very spacious accommodations. These units are more akin to large condominiums as opposed to hotel rooms. The place was great for serving as a base to explore Texas Hill Country, Austin and San Antonio.

Skip even the lightly pushed timeshare sales tactics and it would be a near-perfect stay. The concierge at check-in gave some very helpful information for the area but then started in on trying to give a presentation on the benefits of their timeshare program. Perhaps it would be better to send information regarding that opportunity in writing in advance for customers that may be amenable to a presentation but it is a bit of a turn-off for customers simply looking for a hotel stay and are trying to check-in with families and get settled.
