The motel was rated much higher when booked. It was very old and the bathroom barely functioned. Way Overpriced.

Exceptional

The area was good nice and quiet. The location was good many fast food restaurants nearby.

The restroom needs some work to it . Although the whole room can use a little update .

Convenient and good overnight stay.

Good size room, bathroom small but fine. TV, wifi good, nice to have fridge, microwave, AC and hairdryer. Easy check in and out. Good location except railroad.

Some noise through the night from the nearby railroad.

Having only 48 hours in the Needles, California area. I was happy here & would stay here again!

The property being in an old historic town is very well taken care of. Well lighted with very nice staff & management.

Very good

For an older establishment, it was comfortable and cozy. It was very simple which is just fine when looking for a place to just get some rest. And it was clean.

You do hear the train but it doesn't take long before it isn't even noticed anymore.

Had to accept. No other choice except sleep in vehicle.

Requested non smoking room on first floor. Given a smoking room. This place barley makes standards. It is nasty.

Smelled terrible. Nasty! Broken down place.

Decent place to crash for the price...

Staff was very friendly. The fridge in the room had been turned on and was ready. Room/bathroom was VERY clean. Bed was comfortable. Convenient location to go out for food...lots of places within a mile and on Historic Route 66.

Location is convenient from the freeway, but you do hear freeway noise. The A/C is loud though and blocked it out for the most part.

Will not be back,and will never go to a Budget Inn!

The location

It was up when we got there,went to dinner and came back and that is when the whole thing started,our internet was down,called them on in store phone,the manager said she would reset modem it did not help. My husband tried to talk to the manager husband and neither could understand each other,needless to say we did not have internet from 3:30p until we left early to come home. The bathroom smelled like pee.
