I love how clean it was. The beds were also super comfy.
We were on the first floor, and stayed 2 nights. Both nights it sounded like elephants above us. Did not love that.

The hotel was great value. We were 4mins from the venue and it very clean. The water pressure and temperature were also very good.
The kiddos in the pool… good for them to be joyous in this chilly weather 😂

You get what you pay for. It was okay for one night, but won't go back. Did like that the Sea Street beach was close by, not crowded. If you have kids, they have mini golf and ice cream stand.
The rooms are outdated, old bathroom with hole in screen, moldy windows, lights kept flickering, a lot of little flies in the room, beds were hard not comfortable.

For the price and the location, this is a great option for anyone looking to stay in Cape Cod. The town of Dennis Port is quaint and has everything you would need just a short car ride away, or you can go out to P-Town for the day, or even half since it really only takes about 45 minutes. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the mini golf and the ice cream shop that the Holiday Hill has on premise. We didnt get a chance to go in the pool, as it was fairly cooler during our stay, but it seemed like a nice area to hang out in. The rooms arent super updated, but they are pretty clean. Could probably use a little swap out with some of the lamps and fixtures. The rooms are huge, which is great, but the beds are rather small. I believe they are full, if not a teeny bit smaller. All in all we had a nice time, free parking, great breakfast spots only 5 minutes away and the arcade and mini golf were a random great plus!

Pool was clean and the area was clean. The towels were replaced every day.
The room had a musty smell, probably the carpet as the room was clean. The room could come with modern amenities like a microwave and it’s own small pot of coffee.

The room was definitely better than what we expected for the price during the summer at the cape! It was clean, the water pressure was great, and it was so comfortable! The only thing I COULD complain about was that they ran out of hot water for tea in the morning, but seriously, it was 90 degrees. I didn’t really care that much about a hot drink! 😁

The size of the rooms were larger than I expected. We got a family suite which was really just two rooms with a door between them. That was extremely necessary for our situation. We liked having the space and the access to two bathrooms. It was very affordable. We paid about $150 per room per night. They gave us plenty of towels and were respectful due to the Covid-19 situation. They did not enter the rooms. We put the used towels outside and they delivered fresh ones in bags for us each day. The air conditioner in our room worked incredibly well and it was nice to have the small fridge to keep our food and drinks cold. The pillows and bedding were very comfortable. Our kids had a room with two beds and they said the beds were comfortable. It was so nice having ice cream and mini golf right on the property. The cleanliness of the rooms and beds were what was most important to us and they hit the mark with that. Very clean for sure.
The bathroom was tiny and very outdated. Our sink had a huge crack in it. There are no safety bars in the tub or bathroom so if you need that extra safety, that was not in our rooms. The mattress in our room was very hard. No give whatsoever. We had a King in our room so the size was nice but the comfort could have been better. The outdoor pool was a lot smaller than I had expected. If it was heated, it was barely heated. The pool could have been better maintained. The property was farther from the beach than I had expected. It is on the main street so you are basically in the middle of a highway. There were no coffee makers in the rooms. You had to go to the main office for coffee, tea, cocoa. The coffee was like water. Not very good at all. They did give you plenty of towels but did not keep up on other amenities like toilet paper or shampoo/conditioner/hand soap. You had to ask for those things separately.

Location was convenient to all Deenis has to offer. Mid-cape location made it easy to travel to other destinations on cape cod.

Room was very comfortable with plenty of room. Very quiet and ample parking near unit.
A musty smell from the a/c and made clothes and towels damp

Check in was a breeze. The room were clean but the beds were not comfortable. The pillows are soft. The only problem I had with the rooms was it had that musty smell. It was awful and that they closed down the arcade and bumper cars on sunday so the kids only got to enjoy it for only a few hours on Saturday. This location is perfect close to everything. Also, there was not a microwave or a coffee maker in the room very disappointed.
no microwave or coffee inside the rooms.
