We left a day early due it was not like it has been in the past we always loved it our room this time was not worth the

It was beach front

We didn’t have enough pillows for all of our guest not the beds, the dishwasher didn’t work and smelled terrible.

Location near the beach, swimming pool

Location of the room was terrible. Bedroom window opened right into the area where the elevators were. So noisy at all hours. People also thought it was funny to knock on the bedroom window as well.

I love that it had the most beautiful ocean front view from the balcony

None of the TVs worked so the kids didn't like that they couldn't watch TV at night

It was in agreat location and very close to attractions.

location to beach was great, balcony view on beach side was lovely. pool was nice!

Maintenance and upkeep not good. Issues not taken care of in a timely manner. Constant reminders.

The view was great! Having a kitchen stocked with appliances and kitchen ware was appreciated. The decorations were perfect for the condo. Having a washer and dryer is a very good quality for me.

There were no hosts to rate per this review request. We used the washer and dryer 2 times before they quit. I requested maintenance. No one came. Then I reminded "someone" via test message that we needed towels and rags if they weren't fixed by evening. By 4:50, I text again requesting towels and rags for night time showers. I was told no one was available to bring them; we had to wait until morning. There was no blanket for the pull out couch. (Blankets were provided by the night I asked for them.) Mold on the balcony. Per owner request, we were asked not to wear shoes in the condo but the floors were not clean enough for that request.

The view was excellent the pool and it had two hot tubs. Nice. Exceeded my experience will definitely go again

Had a great time but Condo was not what we expected . Shows nice on line but when you get in not so

The ocean view and location. The restaurants were wonderful. The pool and beach were nice.

Toaster didn't work. Had to hold one side down for it to work. Garbage disposal didn't work as well Broken dish in cabinet nearly sliced my fingers. Stovetop all rings didn't heat up. Gross stove very dirty. Paint cans stored where you put your food. Ice maker in refrigerator did not work. Only steaming hot water in sink to brush your teeth. Stains in Master Bedroom comforter. Furniture was ratty looking in Master Bedroom.Fan hanging down in the small Jack and Jill bathroom.One twin mattress needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. No sink stopper in bathroom as well. Sliding door screen ripped. Not very clean just mediocre. Don't think Vacassa manages well.

We had a blast and hope to book again!

The views from the 12th floor were phenomenal! We enjoyed watching dolphins and stingrays every day from the balcony. The layout of the condo worked well for us (two couples) as there is a large open living room and dining room area just off the kitchen. We enjoyed the private bathroom off the master. It was nice to not have to share. The kitchen had most of the utensils and tools we needed to cook our simple meals. We were very happy with the location because there were shops within easy walking distance. We didn't drive the whole time we were there. Also enjoyed the keyless entry. One less thing to keep track of on vacation.

There's not much we didn't like! The pillows weren't very comfortable, so we were glad we brought our own.

It’s really good place for vacation. We stay at building A 0513. I like view from balcony so much. You shouldn’t contact with any reception. You will receive address and code to door on your phone. That’s all.

Just pool should be more clean. And it works just until 10 pm. It’s not enough time for vacation. Even until 11 pm will be fine. And umbrellas from de la vita for rent took all place before ocean. You need wake up earlier and leave your umbrella on the beach. Just for choosing better place. Because if you wanna stay near beach those boys don’t allow you to stay before their umbrellas.

Amazing!

Location. Just like how i wanted which is walking distance to the beach and the ocean is visible from my room. I love the view from my unit.

I just wish they have a swiffer or vacuum left in the unit for us to use. Since it is close to the beach when the kids comes in from hanging out on the beach they sometimes bring sands in their swimsuits or slippers inside the unit & I can’t remove the sand from the floor unless i go on my knees and use wet cloth to wipe the sands off the floor.

Loved it

Location location location. Right on Miramar Beach. Just had to cross the road. It was very clean. Felt safe.

We were supposed to get parking passes... but never did. The guys at the gate understood and let us in anyway. Funny: we texted the number given us about the parking passes when we arrived. The person on the other end told us to check all drawers and lockers in the place to see if we could find the parking passes. We found one from last year in the water heater closet. 😆

This place was perfect we lived every bit of it and will be returning !!

Right on the beach!! Private parking, quiet, indoor heated pool, spacious rooms, fully furnished, beds were so comfy! Clean environment The views are spectacular! Will stay here every time we come now!!

Nothing not to like!! Everything was perfect and exactly what we wanted.

Exhausted from lack of sleep due to beds being rock hard.

Location was excellent

The beds were terrible, the beds were squeaky and very hard all you could feel was springs. The paint on the walls was terrible whoever painted did a terrible job. It was semi clean.

Awesome time!! Very beautiful location and we loved the room!!

The view from the room was amazing!! Great location for sure!

Only thing was the mold on the shower curtain in the bigger bath and the shower head in the smaller bathroom squeaked or made a noise every time it was used. Other than that everything was good and we had a blast!!

Having a window off the bedroom were noise from people using the elevators and trash bin at all hours of the night was heard.

It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will defiantly return.

Everything about was good. The unit had everything we needed in the kitchen bathrooms and beds. I would definitely recommend.

The only two things were that the tv controller didn’t work and that the water in the pool was a bit unkept but after that everything went above expectations.

The view was great. Room was nice and clean. 2nd visit.

The oven didn't work properly. Stove top worked good. Electric can opener was broken. Balcony chairs were broken. The inside pool was not skimmed or cleaned throughout the week. And had a large amount of human hair and other things floating on the top of the water. Was excited about coming back after 4 or 5 years, from previous visit. The pool area was very disappointing. It's not as nice as before.

It was good !

The view, the location and that we booked in short notice.

That our password to enter the room didn’t work, and we had to call costumer service 4 times and waited for an hour , to get a password that work.
