The room had a great atmosphere. The wallpaper, the art over the bed, the rain/pressed glass at the entrance all made for a special experience as I went into the room.
I didn't like that i was on the ground floor and that a road was about 20 feet from my window. But there was not early morning or late might traffic that disturbed. me. It was all great!!!

This was our first experience with an IHG hotel. Now we have a reference point and will be looking at this chain when booking stays while traveling

Hotel was very clean, comfy bed and enjoyed the restaurant/bar. Great location to Magnolia home.
AC unit very loud every time it started up
4.4
close proximity to what I wanted to see—Magnolia Silos and Dr Pepper museum was walking distance
noisey floors from upstairs—wood or wood tile floors picked up all foot noise. It stopped in time for light ls out.

Location to downtown Waco and all the restaurants and events. Cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff.
4.4
everything was nice a clean and real close to Magnolia Market
Food in restaurant was horrible and overpriced!
4.4
it was close to Baylor University and downtown
lobby was clean and modern
The room was ok. Im not a fan of floors w/o carpeting. You can hear noise a lot. We had a VERY BAD MOLD SMELL in the bathroom sink. I told them at the desk and the maintenance man was there and said he would put a solvent down the drain. It did not help. Since we had one more night I did not say
anything more to the staff. There was no housekeeping
We did not know we had to make an appointment to have the service. For that reason we think it was overpriced. My family will not stay there again

Loved the location! Only a couple blocks from Magnolia Silos, Dr Pepper Museum, and several restaurants. 5 minute or less drive to Baylor campus and Texas Ranger Museum. Hotel was super clean which was very important to me. Decor was modern and updated. AC in the room worked perfectly to keep it at the comfortable temperature for us. Beds and pillows were comfy. Shower in bathroom was large. Plenty of hot water. Ladies at the front desk were nice and helpful. I accidentally left my big water jug in the mini fridge in the room. I noticed about 20 minutes after we left, while at breakfast. I called the front desk, they got the jug and had it waiting for me when we came back by.
I saw a few reviews that said the beds were too tall. I didn’t have any problem getting onto the bed, but if you are older or have mobility issues it could be an issue.

I loved the appearance of the facility.
I paid just about $200 for one night. We weren't given a breakfast voucher which insane to me. This makes the value of the hotel go down tremendously for me. The staff at the bistro were VERY rude. They were giving us dirty looks because we had our kids , it was so bad we walked out and ordered take out instead. Overall it was not a good experience.

close to silos
the beds were way to soft and for what you pay for a nights stay you’d think they could have free breakfasts instead of having to go to their indoor bistro and pay an arm and a leg for an egg sandwich. this hotel is also located right next to a Salvation Army shelter which every day there were homeless people laying on the sidewalks sleeping or just hanging around. the room we stayed in on 3rd floor was not quiet. could here the people above us stomping around and talking all night. we stayed for 3 nights. not worth the money they charge each night!
