Excellent place

Place was amazing. Clean, beautiful and area of tessera is cute. Found few places to eat VERY good Italian meal. Filtered drinking Water huge plus. Exellent that it is next to airport.

Information For wifi was bit confusing. We found 3 different kind of papers with slightly different password etc. But that was no biggie and we got it to work.

Trevligt boende och gång avstånd från flyget. Saknande en affär.

Vi hittade inga affärer i närheten, så fick köpa frukostsmörgås på en restaurang/pub kvällen innan. Trevlig personal där.

Saknade information om butiker i närheten, vore bra att veta så man kan handla tex frukost på vägen dit. Fanns restauranger men inga super/mini market.

Good airport hotel option

Big room, clean, good water pressure in the shower. Very close to the airport for an early morning flight. Only a 5 min walk from the bus station.

Very few food options around, but that has nothing to do with the place itself.

semplice e accogliente

Distante una sola fermata dall'aeroporto col bus n. 5, lo stesso che porta in piazzale Roma a Venezia. Dalla fermata del bus occorre una camminata verso l'interno del quartiere di 6 minuti. L'hotel è carino e pulito, c'è una sala dove fare la colazione (prodotti confezionati) self service entro le 10:00, ma il ragazzo alla reception , quando ci ha visti lì alle 10:30 ci ha dato caffè e brioches. Il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha aiutato.

Dalla fermata del bus occorre una camminata verso l'interno del quartiere di 6 minuti. I letti troppo duri. Io e mio figlio avevamo due singoli decisamente piccoli, temevamo di cadere rigirandoci. I copriletti avevano dei capelli sopra. La camera non è stata rassettata. La reception chiude alle 19:00. Check-in e check-out automatici.

A un passo dall'aeroporto di Venezia

Ho apprezzato la posizione strategica, vicino all'aeroporto Marco Polo, ma anche la pulizia della stanza e l'arredamento generale, molto carino e accogliente.

Ho sofferto il freddo! Purtroppo limitare il riscaldamento al solo condizionatore, eliminando i riscaldamenti a gas, non permette di avere negli interni temperature adeguate all'inverno. Nonostante avessi messo coperte e piumone a torre per ripararmi, mi sono ammalata quella notte prima di un viaggio importante, perché il condizionatore, pur regolato al massimo, non scaldava nulla...

Misleading.

I did not realize when I booked this stay that the "hotel" had no staff attending. It is self check-in. The location is on a back road facing an empty field, so when you arrive, it is a bit scary. What if your code does not work and you can't get in? What if your cell phone is dead, or you don't have WhatApp where they send instructions? Most Americans do not use WhatsApp. I was finally able to figure it our and get in, but had a couple of needs. e.g. I messaged the remote caretaker asking for a roll of toilet paper as there were only a few squares left on the 1 roll in the room. That seemed to be a problem for them. I was able to walk to the airport to catch the Alilaguna into Venice. But it would be hard if you had luggage as the pavement is not smooth and in some places there are no sidewalks. Taxis charge 20 Euros for a 5 minute ride. So just factor this in when you book. There is a chain hotel nearby with an airport shuttle and staff in attendance. I would book there next time myself.

It is a perfect place to spend a night in case of late arrival or early departure.

Excellent small home-like hotel. Very clean and cozy in quiet countryside location, just few minutes ride from the airport. We arrived late at night, the self check-in process was easy and simple, we just followed the clear instructions that we received. The room was big and clean, well designed and equipped. We met the hostess in the morning, a very nice lady who helped us a lot, much more than expected. There also parking places with sitting area outside in the garden. The communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was very good. We had some questions and requests, all were answered quickly and effectively. It is a perfect place to spend a night in case of late arrival or early departure. Or just to spend a couple of days in a quiet countryside.

Impersonal and not as described.

Close to airport, but $10 per person for bus a half a mile away which we did because it was raining.

Impersonal and run down. We stayed in 10 different Airbnbs or hotels over our trip. All were great. This was the worst and only accommodation we didn't like, so not bad. I should have known when it was non-refundable from the moment you book. Our room had no AC. It was too hot to sleep. We tried to contact by phone but nobody answered. So, we emailed. We were told they couldn't do anything about it. There was no breakfast. Very impersonal and difficult check-in process. Keeping your car an extra day and driving from somewhere else would have been our preference in hindsight. If they don't want to continue to provide customer service like breakfast and easy check-in the prices should reflect that.

They made us wait 1h30 in the midle of the night without any working card. Awful service. 1/5*

We only booked this hotel to stay 1 night. We were arriving near 1AM and we were going to leave around 7AM/8AM, so, there wasn't much for us to evaluate. It is close to the airport, which is good if you're looking for that. The shower, water pressure and temperature was good as well.

We only booked this hotel to stay 1 night. We were arriving near 1AM and we were going to leave around 7AM/8AM, so we just wanted a place to sleep and leave. The problem was that we paid for the room, so they would give us the code and Key card. Guess what didn't work? The key card, of course. We arrived at 1AM, but the card was not working, they did not test it, and we called for 1H until someone finally picked up. We then waited more 30 min before someone came and opened our room. The person didn't speak English, we had to talk in Spanish for her to understand some things. I wouldn't advise this hotel unless you really need it and you arrive when the people are still working in the front desk. It is not the first time we pay ahead and get codes & keys on other hotels but it always worked, except here. It may have been bad luck but no apologies? No picking up the telephone? Awful.

Very close to Marco Polo Airport

Great location next to the airport, we got the bus from Venice Roma, stayed the night, and then walked round to the airport for our flight home. Very clean modern room with nice comfy bed.

Superb

very good for a night before a flight - everything can be done without need for staff in facility. and very close to airport - 5 min by taxi, 25 min by foot.

It was hard to get answers via booking app from hotel in the few weeks before staying. a couple of days before the staff was highly available.

The location for the airport was ideal but the taxi was expensive. Bus to Venezia €1.50 5 mins from hotel. Buy ticket from tabac.

No coffee facilities in the bedroom.

was not enough warm in room under the explanation of state rules about the "public places" that limit the temperature of interior to 19 degrees. But this is a private residence!!!

Very good

The taxi fare to the airport can be very expensive - 25 Euros for a short distance! Plus my taxi was delayed for instance. If you don't have luggage it is OK to walk but with luggage walking is rather difficult at some point there is no pavement and you would need to walk on the main road. Take this into account in your planning your stay.

-They said that they booked a taxi for us to the airport at 4.20 am. Unforunately the taxi was never booked. I called the radiotaxi at 4.30 am and they said that there is no reservation! -no elevator and our room was at the second floor…
