Keep looking...

The over night staff person was great.

The room description said 3 beds (1 king and 2 pull outs) there was only 1 pullout. Having 2 adults on a pull out love seat was not ideal. The pictures online were very out dated. The inside waterfall was not clean and needed fixed. It was sad. The air conditioner leaked water. The breakfast was limited to 1 pre-made choice.

Rough place but great price and location with friendly staff.

It’s cheap. The staff is friendly, especially the bartender Linda and the lady working the breakfast restaurant.

This place is falling apart. The parking garage is very moldy. The elevator in the garage doesn’t work. The rooms are very dated and not the cleanest. The free breakfast is one option and a buffet was unavailable.

Was decent for a single night's stay.

The location was perfect for where we wanted to be and the price was decent. It did have a big area in the lobby area that was nice.

It smelled musty in our room and you didn't want to walk barefoot on the carpet. The carpet throughout should be taken out. There were a ton of people in the pool and they all got out at closing time and went to the cars and left. There wasn't a refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was not free.

We did not get rooms by each other cause the first room they checked us into had not been cleaned ! And no roll away bed for my granddaughter

Good for the value

Con- our room wasn't ready in time, we waited an extra hour. Pro- front desk staff was super awesome and gave us complimentary buffet tickets for waiting

Nice spacious room and convenient to capitol

I went on the assumption I was paying the Bookings price. Upon arrival I was asked for a credit card for incidentals. Normal no problem. It was $35 dollars. Not bad until I was told I would only get $25 back because I was paying for the pool, the access to the bar and restaurant, which were more charges if used. This needs to be clearly stated because now my room is $10 more. ITs the principle. This is not Bookings fault.

I booked 2 queens but got 1 king. This hotel is sub-par, moldy from flood prior to covid

Staff was great.

Moldy smell, old decor, no amenities, 1st bed sunken, no fridge or microwave. Need to raze and start over. No drive up appeal. Too embarrassed to invite my friends to my room. Terrible. Reserved 2 queens got 1 king.

The worst stay I have ever experienced. I would never recommend my worst enemy to stay here.

The breakfast was decent. The view was nice and the room was very spacious.

The facilities, poor customer service/care, the upkeep, the smell, the difficulties of the check-in process, the entire experience was horrible. The staff was not very knowledgable nor truthfully accommodating. The right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. The General Manager aware of issues occurring with our stay did not even take out the time to resolve issues and sent someone to our room who was also clueless. I am still waiting on a partial refund but did have not received it. Called Booking.com to explain and complain and that even costed me. I hate writing these type of reviews but anyone considering a stay here needs to be warned and well aware. I am just glad we survived it, with our dignity in tact.

Definitely a no for me wouldn't recommend to anyone

Nothing when we first arrive the front desk receptionist had no clue what they were doing i felt questionable about the stay because there were customers complaining and trying to change rooms. Then my sister went up to check her room and was quiet upset with its conditions the tub looked disgusting

I didn't like the fact that when i checked in i gave my information confirmed my stay and was told i could pick up my keys the next morning. My sister was checking in one room in which we would stay together on the 28th and then we would have separate rooms which i booked for the 29-30th. The morning of the 29th i went to get the keys for my rooms my sister was already was in one and the 2nd i was going in however the next morning the 30th they told me i had never checked in so how did i get keys and my rooms . When asked to speak to the manager he conveniently left without trying to rectify the situation every receptionist there had a different story not one of them knew their job it was crazy and quite confusing and although the hotel has potential to be great there were so many things wrong the sealing was leaking the room stunk there were so many things we had to switch rooms previously because the room they put us in was not clean i could go on .

It was a good location for us to stay at.

The location was close to where we needed to be.

The thermostat was not adjustable for cooling. Luckily, we could open a window as it was stuffy in the room. Our coffee pot was broke and we were told they would bring up another one, but never did. No coffee that morning.

On booking I requested two twin bed's and I got One king, So that was an error and didn't change the price any. Although a guy in front of me checking in, they couldn't find his reservation so he stayed for "$89 a night vs my $135.

It was dirty. The air didn't work and it was 80° in our room. We got a fan,but it was broken. There were cockroaches. I took pic of them. There was hair all in the tub. Just not a clean or nice hotel.

Our air conditioner wasn't working, very hot in room. It took 6 hours for someone to finally do something about it. No coffee in common areas. And pay for breakfast and they take down buffet and coffee quickly after paying The bar closed at 9 pm on a Friday and Saturday night also could have been cleaner.
