Nice Staff
Give Wifi password upon arrival, specify network. We had to go back to the front desk to ask what was the user name and password,

Unkempt? Grass needed cutting, old, the pool was covered and unusable
I think it’s a section 8 or welfare housing motel. Kind of sketchy.
Cost way too much for a room out of the way that was in an old motel, not great location, no pool, no ice machine,
No coffee maker, no extra pillows, no hair dryer, no decent cable channels,
Overall really sub par .
Definitely people living there like it’s welfare hotel.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. If I could give negative stars, I would. We ended up having to call the police because they pretty much scammed us. Motel promotes itself with free wifi and pool. Upon arrival, we quickly discovered that neither of those were real: the pool has been closed for like 3 years "due to COVID" (...), and the wifi was just nonexistent. Our non-smoking room also reeked of cigarette smoke. Anyway, when we complained about the lack of every amenity they advertised and requested a refund (within 30 mins after we checked in), they refused. The manager, Nila Patel was incredibly rude and unprofessional on the phone. We had to call the police because we could not come to an agreement (funny enough, the people in the room next to us also called the police a few minutes later, with the same issue). The police officer recommended we file a civil lawsuit with the Better Business Bureau, which is unbelievable that we have to do that over $250 but unfortunately we are going to have to. Long story short, again, DO NOT BOOK HERE. They're scammers.

Nothing. I will explain below.
They did not have the room I reserved. I do not understand this. I reserved a room, paid for it and when I showed up the room I reserved was not available. The had another room, but it was not suitable for my needs and I had to cancel. They are going to refund, but that will be several days. Very disappointed! If you reserve a room don't count on it!

Clean and newly renovated
Pool was closed and Booking.com didn’t tell me this. I didn’t know until after I already booked.

Affordable price for Cape May. Clean room. In some ways this is an old-fashioned motel (one floor, you drive up to the spot outside your room) and has some of those old fashioned charms (like the tiling in the bathroom).
Bed was a little stiff, but otherwise everything met expectations

Close to wildwood NJ
Advertising about having a pool but when we got there the pool was not in service

Standard basic clean room. Arrived in the evening and woman at check in was friendly and efficient.

The beds were comfortable and the suite was clean. The side bedroom was a little small and had no windows or AC, but the main room was lovely and spacious (and the AC was quiet!). The motel within 10 minutes of all the attractions Cape May has to offer, like its excellent beaches, nature parks, and restaurants. The motel itself doesn't offer food, but the Rio Grande diner offers a great breakfast only 2 minutes away.
The noise from the TV of the guy next door made it a little hard to sleep, but that's not the fault of the motel. It would also be nice to have hooks for clothes in the bathroom.

The suite room was excellent. It had a separate sleeping room with its own tv.
First room was supposed to be non smoking room. Smelled of cigarettes. We we're switched to a suite room at no extra charge. We appreciated that as we do not smoke.

Water pressure was good, room was clean.
The beds were super hard, we had to ask for new towels every single day. Our bathroom light when turned on also turned on the fan which was so loud we could not have it on, that started on the 2nd day. I told one of the owners and they never even came to look at it. Also there pool is not open, there excuse was covid. But every other hotel around them had there's open. The lady told Me it was to expensive, I told her then she should put that on her website, because we would have never of stayed without a open pool.

The room was clean, there was a terrible smell of dampness covered in tobacco smoke that was overwhelmingly offensive. It was everywhere. The front desk was in a room connected to the building where the smell was dizzying.
Ease of the stay. Park to room was great

The location.
They did not tell us the pool was not open. No hair dryer, no coffee pot. The mattress was like a rock, and the pillows were lumpy. No hook in tiny bathroom or place to put makeup. And worst of all the two rooms she showed me smelled of smoke. They have gallon plastic jugs under each A/C with the tops torn off to catch water out front.

Fair rate for off season.
The owner felt it was necessary to check my room right after I got the key. Not happy.
