Staff was so kind and welcoming; great location and stunning views.

Location and the views!

The toilet and sink were so low. Very odd. I'm not very tall and it was low for me and even more for my husband!

Beautiful Place to Heal

The Beautiful Red Rock Mountains, it was just breathe taking. It was a beautiful and it was surrounded by natural Beautiful.

Overnight stay in Sedona. Room was very nice.

The room was very nice and the views were awesome.

11am checkout with no flexibility. Front desk attendant would not even allow 20 minutes after not being able to get her attention while she was on a personal call.

Booking.com reservation seemed to get us the worst room in the hotel, in the corner of property with obstructed view.

Beautiful views and a comfortable room with just a couple minor annoyances.

View was spectacular but they had overhead lights on the porch you could not turn off that made it less enjoyable in the evening. The room was clean and well stocked.

In addition to the porch light that we couldn't control the finishes on the rooms needed some updating (e.g. poorly patched drywall in places). It's a nitpick but something that could have been improved.

Superb

The view was amazing! My parents were at Enchantment and we all preferred my balcony and view. I was upgraded to a suite and loved my fireplace and lay ing in bed looking at all the rocks. The water bottles were such a nice bonus and loved having snacks and coffee machine in the lobby. Staff was super nice and you can't beat the location of being right in town too.

Will stay here again.

Their central location in the heart of Sedona is unbeatable. Everything you'd need to do for a nice evening out is 100% walkable. Then the view...the view from our room was amazing.

Other than the weather (which they can't control) no complaints.

A cozy stay with amazing views.

The property has amazing views and it’s also close to a lot of different restaurants and bars. Our room had a gas fireplace and it made the whole stay a lot more cozy and relaxing.

Our room had a very uncomfortable bed. Both my husband and I had a hard time sleeping because of this and the upstair/outdoor noise.

wonderful location to center city/restaurants & the rooms were beautiful w/ & amazing views

I brought my 2 dogs with me & although they said "pet friendly" - upon arrival it was said $35/dog/night. The regular day manager solved this issue for me & I was very pleased w/ his care & responsiveness.

A day office clerk was a bit disrespectful. Since I had to walk my dogs in the early morning - I just threw a coat over my PJs. After the walk, I went by the office to collect a cup of coffee. The office clerk apparently thought I was a "street person" and questioned if "she could help me" & treated me questionably (that was a 1st for me!). She didn't really apologize when she learned of her error but explained why she responded to me in this fashion. After my stay I called the regular Day Manager (knowing he was returning from his vacation) & he was fantastic, clearly an excellent manager & very professional. I was very pleased & it made a huge difference in final opinion

Ease of check-in and check-out. Receptionists were very kind and accommodating. View was mesmerizing. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The lock from the inside of our door (room 113) was very difficult to open.

Overall this fell below our expectations for Sedona, which we visit often.

The property was deceiving compared to the photos. Location and views were only positive.

Price for value = terrible. Front desk is clueless. Ordered chocolate covered strawberries to have delivered to room for wife’s birthday. They never showed up but were charged for them.

This was one of the better independent hotels I’ve stayed at.

Staff was great - Georgia was friendly and checking in was a breeze. The amenities were very good. The room was really clean and spacious. Extra large bottles of water. Plenty of coffee pods. (And more for the asking.) Nice Large coffee cups. Best of all the views were amazing! And there was a balcony accessed by sliding glass doors (with chairs and a small table). Waking to see a blanket of snow - while tucked in a nice cozy room - was a treat. Restaurant just across the parking lot has good food ~And if you want breakfast (full menu) delivered to your room - it is available. Bathroom was small but perfectly fine. The outer area across from double sinks hosted a small refrigerator and small microwave ~ just right for a short stay. Would definitely return.

The television remote control was confusing to me. Took a while to figure it out. Maybe a remote guide?
