Nice location
Front desk hours are 7 am to 11 pm. Kitchen facility is not available during after hours.

The location was good. Reasonable price and suitable accommodation for the night.
The beds were not very comfortable. The room could use some paint and some other repairs to keep it clean for next guests

The staff was friendly
The room was dirty and things were falling apart and looked really rough. It didn’t look like the pictures. We will never stay there again because of how poor of condition the room was in.

It had a very small pool but very clean and inviting. Located by a pretty brook with many trees. My favorite thing was the hotel's location. It was very close to many wonderful shops and restaurants and to the natural beauty of Durango such as the lovely Animas River.
No breakfast.

Good coffee better than the coffee in my hand right now. WiFi kicks motel Durango for music and web connections. Comfy, peaceful bless that 🔥 water god @ Motel Durango. Thank you, Burt Weidner 🦴🦮
Me, work on being a better person. Instead of 2 work days (GET 5)!

Great location. The motel itself was more than sufficient.
The all-night partying going on multiple floors and buildings. We had 2 downstairs rooms in different buildings and none of slept that night. There were people in-and-out slamming doors around the clock. Pretty sure there were more than 10 people in the room above us. It was miserable.

Charlotte at the front desk was very very nice and helpful. We loved the community kitchen and the huge fridge/freezer for guests. It was helpful that there was a laundry room. The room was basic but perfect for our needs Love that we could open window and there was a screen. We had a view of the river out back.
I put in a bunch of money to run the laundry machines then I found out it was free. In the community kitchen, all the pots and pans were Teflon so we rode our bikes to TJMaxx and bought a stainless steel pan. The motorcycle people woke us up the first morning because they left it running for 30 minutes before they took off.

There was a nice creek at the back of the property, that had some chairs and you could sit out there and enjoy the peace and quiet. Some chairs were broken so you had to be careful which ones you set on.
The room was infested with bugs. The window was hard to see out of (dirt and moisture between the pains). were there 4 days with tax rooms cost average of $200 per day. Said they had to raise the rates due to labor day. walls were thin and you could hear people's conversations in the next room! Hallway was extremely noisy and people were just talking at a normal volume. If you wanted to use the pool it was very small and you were on display for everyone driving down main street. After room service didn't come for two days, we were told that the sign that says maid service required that we put out, did help because the room service didn't speak English. We told the older blond lady at the front desk and gave here are room number. No one came for the third day.,, On the fourth day at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, I caught up with the room service personal. I spoke to the young blond-haired English-speaking service attendant and let her know that we needed fresh sheets and towels. At 6 o'clock in the evening the room was serviced. Bed was poorly made and sheets were not changed.
When talking a shower water would only heat up to Lukewarm.

Nice staff who were very responsive. Good sized room and was basic but also met our demands. Room was at the back and there was a lovely area to sit next to the stream. Clean room, large and comfortable. Door would not shut without a slam as it was too big. There was work going on which could have been a problem had we not been out for the day and then had it not been weekend when work halted. It seems that several of our bookings had work being carried out which we did not know about. It is alright having a sign in reception but when the booking has been made several months prior from a different country, it is hardly a warning. It did not impact on us too much through and we enjoyed our stay. No kettle which was an issue for us but this is not the motels fault as they did not say there was one. It is just something that we expect in all hotels and motels really.
Building works and no kettle or drinking making kit. Door would not close properly without a major shove. All minor things. Was a distance from the railway and town which was impossible to walk as it was way too hot. However, we found a breakfast place right of the motel about three blocks walk which was doable.

Simple and comfy. The guy who registered us was very friendly and helpful.
No elevator and I had a bad leg. It took a long time to get up the stairs. I requested a ground floor room but didn’t get it and I was there for 3 nights.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy & the pillows were good. We loved being right by the river and the trail was great.
There wasn't coffee in the room and coffee in the lobby wasn't good. The pool was unusable unless you are one of those ice diver Nordic people.

It was right by the river and we were able to take a short pleasant stroll with our coffee in the morning. We watched deer drink from the stream and found a path leading to the Riverwalk along the Animas River for a peaceful beginning to our day.
The last minute $150.00 deposit that wasn't mentioned when I booked online through booking.com that they said wouldn't be released back to me until at least 24 hours after the maids verified the condition of the room....which wouldn't be until we had vacated the room for 24 hours....???
