Will not be staying there again.

The close proximity to JFK

The bathroom shower faucet was broken and the water kept dripping all night. The key card kept expiring despite being check in reprogrammed several times. The female staff at the front desk was a power trip, lacked customer service skills and created a scene when her co-worker did not come in to relieve her from her shift.

It was great!

It was perfect for our overnight stay before an early fight out of JFK. Only 10 min drive to the airport parking lot. Made our trip less stressful. We highly recommend.

Cheaper but not without some difficulty for us

It was obviously cheaper than central NYC. Decent breakfast. They offered a shuttle service, to the airport which for most people would be great. Nice enough room and facilities.

One particular member of staff was quite rude when we said the shuttle hadn't arrived to pick us up. It was absolutely our fault, no discussion. Because our phone's didn't work in the USA organising pickup was very difficult.

Barely makes it as a one night layover between flights

The room was dated but clean. The bed was comfortable enough. Location close to JFK. Despite of the location close to JFK and the turnpike my room was quiet as it faced towards the river.

Person working in the lobby on my arrival was rude. Located on a turnpike with a lot of traffic. The airport shuttle doesn't work as they say in their messages. The shuttle was the main reason I booked this hotel but in the end got me back and forth.

Overall great stay if you neee to be close to the airport for a night or two

Loved the shuttles service to and from the airport. Was very convenient

They claim the shuttle would arrived within 15 mins but be prepared to wait as much as 30-40mins

Clean, convenient to airport, good place to layover for a night as you travel on…

Convenient to JFK, free shuttle, nice driver (Art).

Room curtains did not close, so light shone in all night.

It could use some updating in decor. Moisture issues in the bathroom. Breakfast is basic starchy snacks.

Perfect location, close to airport.

The Airport shuttle was brilliant, breakfast was good.

It was overnight, so all was fine.

Fine for a quick overnight

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was just what we needed after a long international flight. It was also the perfect way to get back to the airport the next morning to continue our journey home. This hotel is designed for sleeping and showering. The facility is old, things are worn out, the cleanliness was OK but not exemplary. We just hopped in bed and skidaddled early the next day. Our driver in the morning was a nice guy with a long history in NYC and he gave us updates on the city, the airport, traffic, etc.

The breakfast was minimal and the eating space is the lobby of the hotel. Some guests came in their pajamas or barefoot. that was odd. The carpet in our hallway was all wrinkled and lumpy and in need a good stretching to fit the hallway again.

not for me

Very slow and unfriendly service. Felt like the staff did not want to be there or the gests to be there. Pick up from AirPort did not work for us, the mini bus was full and the driver said that he might get back. We ended up paying for a taxi that charged us an 65 dollars for the short trip.

Room was dated and without love.

An Inn about 10-15min drive from JFK airport. They have a free airport shuttle every hour. I landed at Terminal 4, took

Better rates than the rivals and I did not face any inconvenience. Next to it was a Burger King outlet & a Popeye fast food.

They should ensure that the bedsheets are changed, every time a guest leaves . They should offer take away for those checking out before their scheduled breakfast time.

Having room service could of been better emptying garage removal of soiled linens after having it in the bathroom for a day after asking to have clean linen and room cleaned trashed removal had to wait until the next day to get service asked staff members multiple times no one never came until the following evening after asking multiple times over and over

airport shuttle not great. Confusion about pick-up location at airport (and long wait for shuttle to arrive); also mis-information about frequency of shuttle runs from hotel to airport — once per hour is not very convenient. Room key also did not work on the first go; had to return to the desk to get it re-coded.
