Great location.
the mini refrigerator’s freezer section was missing the cover, so it did not keep items frozen

reasonably close to the lifts. excellent bathtub
they didn’t actually have a service to watch our stuff after we checked out. having taken the train up we didn’t have a vehicle to put our belongings in. we just had to abandon our stuff in their lobby and hope

location
service, the contact administration don’t answer phone, don’t answer the messages send in the Booking application. I don’t see any instructions about throwing the trash.

Good location but overpriced. Next time I will stay across the street for half the price
The bed supports are toe busters. The support for the bed stick out past the corners of the mattress making it too easy to stub you toes.

The parking situation is a nightmare. First you have to go to some website to pay for parking, then they send you a QR Code to be scanned at the entrance of the parking garage to enter. The problem is that the QR Reader does not work, it did not read the QR Code. There is no human onsite to help. I called the number given to me at checkin and nobody answered the phone. After multiple tries, the "Help" button at the scanner finally shows up, so I pressed it and was able to talk to a human to let me in. When I tried to exit the parking, once again I had to scan the QR Code to get out and again it did not work. Just imagine repeating this nightmare every time you want to get in and out of the garage. I will never stay here again. I wasted more than an hour on this nightmare when I should be on the slope skiing. Never again!

location, kitchenette
Sofa bed sheets appeared dirty. Pillows were so large they bent out necks.

Great location to skiing
Our in room TV had only 1 channel that worked. And all the codes we had to use to get into the place was too much to worry about on vacation.

Excellent location. Clean room, plenty of space.
We were disappointed with the amenities, no gym/spa. The outside Jacuzzi was luke warm, and not enjoyable.

Very cute, cozy apartment in a great location.
The parking garage system using a QR code to gain access is flawed. We had trouble getting in and out and witnessed dozens of cars having the same issue. You should work something else out like a keypad entry or something that doesn’t constantly malfunction.

Clean organized, great customer service
Some of the sofa beds may need some checks or repairs.

Great location, free parking, clean
It’s really unfortunate not to have air conditioning. The box fan in the window doesn’t quite do the same job and it’s also very loud.
Also, the alarm went off twice in one day causing us to have to evacuate both times. One of them after we’d gone to bed. They ending up offering $50 off after we asked but still felt like they could of done more.
Lastly, the doors require an 8 digit code to open every time you enter. Who’s bad idea was this? At lease make the codes shorter so people can actually memorize them…

The elevator worked well. Check in was efficient, parking was easy and good
While the property was only sparsely occupied, and I had paid for an upgrade, we were given an inside room with a view of a rooftop and the highway. The layout was strange with oversized furnishings that were not necessary and actually a hindrance in navigating the room. The bed coverings were of the cheapest variety and wrinkled. There was a chip on the toilet seat and on the bathtub, carpet was low quality and in need of cleaning. It was hard to reach window blinds. The hot tub was full of sand/dirt/debris. The outside heater/firepit did not emit any heat.

Location and room amenities
We were assigned a room and checked in. It looked like the cleaning people did not finish up with the bathroom. There was garbage in the pail and a dirty towel on the bathroom sink. We were moved to another room (and upgraded). The other room was a little bigger but did not have a washer/dryer. The neighbors had a dog which barked all the time, woke us up at night and in the morning. We called to report this but the neighbors were owners so nothing really happened. In hindsight, it was frustrating to have been moved next to a room with a barking dog especially when the Condos appeared to be pretty empty. Disappointed the hot tub was not open. Other places were able to open hot tubs using a schedule to reduce capacity.
