Breakfast was delicious. Staff was the best through out the stay. Great amenities. Huge room for two people. I stayed in the summer so it was quiet and serene. Enjoyed the stay very much. Highly recommended!

wonderful service above and beyond. great food, amenities and beautiful room. the view was gorgeous and the skiing was perfect for all levels. loved the free shuttle to the town center and the easy access to the exchange and food hall. can’t wait to return
5.0
proximity to ski lift- ski in/ski out
Unable to watch tv in room from bed-(may not be the same in all rooms) the tv was in same wall as the Murphy bed…
but again- we were there to ski….

Location, service staff, cleanliness...
Beds were not comfortable as compared to numerous other 4 star hotels. Food was very expensive, which is fine if quality is superior. In room dining took 100 minutes, food was margi ally warm for a $300 dinner. Caribeener should change their menu, Asian fusion entrees were ok, not good or great. Hot chocolate was warm chocolatey water on a couple of occassions.

We came to watch family member participate in the Rut running events. The location was perfect for doing just that.
The staff at the hotel was excellent. Location was perfect.
The only room we could afford was an efficiency with a day bed. There was to much furniture in the room requiring rearranging when the Murphy bed was used.

The location of the property couldn’t have been any better. Perfect spot for hiking and riding the ski lifts.
We wish there would have been more options for dining on the premises.

The Summit Hotel was fabulous, the staff was great too. The breakfast was included and was delicious! Loved the espresso machine in the room.
We had a pull down bed which we didn’t like. There was definitely too much furniture in the room so it was a little overcrowded. My husband bumped his leg during the night trying to walk past bed and sofa. They could definitely eliminate the round coffee table in the room. Would make it much bigger.

Nice location at the top of the mountain
Bedroom was dysfunctional. Way too much furniture to walk around in the room without getting hurt.

Close to great Mountain
workers were Excellent
Murphy bed was terrible
I paid $1000 a night and found out there is no smoking on any of the property.
We should’ve been informed before we got there we could’ve picked another Property.
I guess marijuana is legal now but cigarettes and cigars are not.
If you did not ski or snowboard the area was boring you should build a village like Vale or Whistler.

The most uncomfortable beds, nothing worked in the room, telephone, dishwasher, they didn’t have any pots. Was late for skiing because of when they sent maintenance who still didn’t fix it. Sink leaked all over at the plumbing. Seriously worst experience ever.

The property is absolutely beautiful! We traveled as a family 2 adults 3 kids. While I am very very pregnant. The staff was so very friendly and welcoming. They made is so easy to check in and out. The valley parking was so quick. The housekeeping staff was so amazing. Being 8 1/2 months pregnant it was difficult keeping up with the kids and picking up after them before going out. The staff surprised me by coming in and they organized all of the kids shoes, they folded the laundry and took out all the empty pizza boxes made the beds look so cute for when the kids got back and left us a welcoming note! That meant soooooo much to me! I will be coming back again just for that reason! I just want to say thank you so much for all the kindness we received there!

The location and views were amazing. The room was spacious and had a nice kitchen. The staff were super friendly.
The mattress and pillows were incredibly thin and uncomfortable. Didn’t get a lot of sleep due to tossing and turning.
