Waste of Money!!!

The breakfast was good.

The hotel is undergoing renovations and had paper/tape all over the floor. Our (newly renovated) room was half-finished, missing lights and smelled like paint. We had to get new room keys TWICE, because they stopped working during our one-night stay. We asked for more towels and pillows, but they never brought them. We requested an hour late check-out, front desk lady said she would check with her manager and call us. We never got a phone call. The towels in the swimming pool area are the size of a hand towel and the beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. I wish it would have been advertised that the hotel was a construction zone! Not at all relaxing! Over-all, it was terrible service and sub-par facilities. The only good thing was the breakfast.

Very nice hotel with great breakfast and very friendly staff.

The breakfast was really great. Something different almost everyday. Staff were super friendly.

They have the tiniest little soap bars. They were doing construction on the 4th floor and the hammering just about made me want to pull my hair out! They did offer to move us. Also I couldn’t find a pillow that worked for my neck, not sure that was the hotel’s fault.

It's not worth the price....

The front desk was helpful and kind. Breakfast was okay.

The hallway and room carpets were highly overdue for deep cleaning. The facility looked nicer on the outside. The tile floors in the elevator and main entrance were often dirty. The room was very tight for four people. Dissatisfied for the price.

It was a great money value stay, breakfast always on time and good, beds comfortable.the location was perfect

Pool, bed and pillows, quality of soap and body lotion.

They didn't refill toilet paper and soap on out second night.

Stay was good, breakfast was good, pool was nice. Overall good.

Breakfast was okay. Same options both days we stayed. Wish there was bacon and not two options for sausage plus sausage biscuits and gravy.

Miscommunication between third party and hotel. We had a smaller room booked for us then what we paid for online.

This hotel was great for my family and I. It was clean, check-in and check-out hours were great. Everything was smooth and the pool was a bug plus! The staff was also very nice.

Breakfast was great and they have a ton of options. I liked that I could walk to outback steakhouse. The pool was heated , inside and so very great after a long day. The staff were really nice and helpful.

Perfect.

Everything was PERFECT. My favorite was the soaps and lotion provided. My face began to become irritated with the water change, so the lotion provided helped sooth that. When I needed more, the nice housekeeper handed me two more for the road with no hesitation and a big smile!

Traveling up 4 floors was hard beings I am 5 months pregnant. But that’s no one’s fault really!

Great Place to Stay

Best breakfast on our road trip so far! Beds were comfy and there was lots of food options in the area.

If you are traveling with pets they do accommodate however be prepared to pay more than double the room rate in additional deposits/ fees.

I would stay there again! (and use the pool and hot tub next time!)

good location, clean, comfortable bed, had necessary amenities including safe and hair dryer. the manager took time to speak with me at the end and listened.

they are upgrading certain things like towel quality after supply chain issue. water pressure in shower could have been better. shower cap would be nice. provide some gluten free choices at their lovely breakfast.
