Location was good. Very close to bus stop and also a small, but well stocked, supermarket. Great bakery across the street with the best croissants. Room was on ground floor as requested, so only a few steps to contend with to enter building. Room was spacious, with bedroom separate from living area.
Directions to find the actual unit within the building would have been good. Probably if you understood the Danish language it would have been easier.
Bathroom rather small.
Paintwork rather 'tired'.

It was our first time in Copenhagen, so in all fairness, I have no elements of comparison, but I'm guessing for the price it was expected.
It was under the roof and it was incredibly hot. I don't know Copenhagen but 5 floors without elevator and the luggage wasn't fun.

Location perferct. Beautiful back garden. Nice bakery on the other site and a shop with food and drinks on next corner.
Dear Sirs, I had already complained with 9smaa hjem regarding my stay. 1.We had been given promise to be ok to arrive at 15o´clock. We arrived on a holiday (last Thursday). The key didn´t work, told to wait till 16 o´clock. We waited, didn´t either work after 16o´clock. A nice staff came and gave us a new key around 16.30 o´clock. We very tired after a early morning flight from Iceland. 2. The wifi never worked, even though I had send e-mail og text messages regarding that. 3.There was a black mold on both sites of the window. Terrible and uncomfortabel to sleep near this (would like to send you a picture), I send e-mail and a guy came on sunday cleaning and repair it (we left yesterday, monday). 4. We stayed for four night, same towel the whole time and shampoo not enough. I have already sent e-mail, to 9smaa hjem. They told me to contact you to contact you, they really want to compensate regarding our stay. I count on you contact me regarding my stay.

Perfect location, easy check-in and out. Nice large apartment with kitchen.

I didn’t know they had plates and cups in the building until the very last day.

The location was great for our event and the room was comfy and clean.
More pillows would be great!

Location was excellent.
No breakfast, felt like student accommodation, no service out of hours (after 1500!), no dark curtains so very light room, dirty (hadn’t been cleaned properly at all). Not a hotel, it’s budget accommodation in a good location. 5th floor without lift, but then we knew that.

The hotel room is a studio with a small kitchen. The hotel is well located in a relatively quiet district but close to many sights in Copenhagen. The price for the hotel was good for the city.
There were some bread crumbs on the floor when I entered the room and had to sweep the floor a bit.

Location is great - in the heart of Copenhagen. Close to city center and metro stations.
Price is fair, especilaly for the facilities in the room.
Window is very small, thus the room got very hot in Summer.
No lift available, so it is a bit tiring to get to 5th floor everytime.

great location in a quiet residential area. supermarket and Boulangerie across the road. spacious apartment. check in was very smooth.
can be a bit noisy early in the morning if you are sleeping with the open window.

The location is great, quiet, but easy to get everywhere.
The apartment is dirty - the windows seem to be always closed full of dust, chewing gums on the floor...

These are the former servants' quarters under the roof of a classic 19th century Copenhagen apartment building with open city views that go on forever under Danish skies. These *are* sixth floor walkups, so not for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Cozy double beds with warm quilts and a refrigerator are available.
Plenty of shampoo and soap, but no conditioner in the bathroom. Note that the bathrooms are very small, with just a curtain dividing the shower area from the toilet. The reception is only open working hours, making it difficult to see them if one is traveling on business (ie they requested showing a passport, which turned out to be impossible, given the schedule)

Quiet and clean room. Good shower. Tea making facilities, hairdryer
Stairs up!

thx for having us :)

Location was great; price was fair; bathroom was bad; the rest of the accommodations were great.
bathroom -- it had a clogged drain when we arrived and was very small (the shower was terrible)

Staff at reception was pleasant, no issues with the cards, instructions or facilities.
Reception hours are pretty restrictive, only a few hours during the week and closed all weekend. Couldn't leave my bags during checkout while waiting for my next stay. Room is on 5th floor with no elevators

The room and the kitchen were bigger than we expected, there was everything one needs for a short stay, including paper towels, stuff to clean dishes, etc. It was warm in the apartment despite the location on the ground floor, the blanket was good, perhaps even a little bit too warm :) Overall a pleasant stay
There were several small things, that disappointed me:
1) Very hard to find an apartment. I found the right building and was supposed to look for apartment 8 on the ground floor, but there was only apartment 5 and a door with some danish sign. It was Friday evening, the reception was closed, and after 11 hours on the road, I can't find the door of my apartment! This was extremely distressing. I've called "emergency" reception and found out that I need to go through this door with some danish sign on it. How on earth I should have understood this?!
I am so distressed about this in particular because it is so easy to fix - mention this on your "how to find apartment"guide. Put a sign on a door. But if you advertise your hotel as international friendly don't expect guests to read danish.
2) Several times during my stay when I was taking shower around 11 pm, our neighbours knocked on the wall. I have heard their voices through the wall and I trust them that my shower was loud. However, it is their problem, or the problem of the apartment holder, not mine! I believe showering at night is smth to be expected.
Summary - be ready either to hear the shower of your neighbours or to hear your neighbours complaining about the shower.
3) On the last night we run out of toilet paper. I guess for two people for a week you could have put more, especially because the one you put is 1 transparent layer.
4) One should expect street life starting at 7am. Contraction works, cars and pedestrians passing by your windows on a ground floor. Wasn't a big problem for us because we needed to wake up early anyway but be aware.

Great size of bedroom, comfortable and well heated, the kitchen had lots of utensils and great shower. The staff were also super friendly. Great location.
Sadly they do not rent out bikes in the winter, but apart from that it was fantastic.

Cosy one bedroom apartment - ideal for parents with a toddler - in a pleasant neighborhood with an excellent bakery almost opposite and a nearby metro / train station. Smooth out of hours check in and good communication from the hotel staff, though we never had a chance to meet them in person. The accommodation is not luxury, but felt very reasonable value for the price, and offered exactly what we needed - comfy beds, warmth, and room for a two year old to play.
