It was nice

It was a good breakfast and the pool area was nice.

The rooms could be updated a little and the bathroom shower needs updated. The bottom was very slippery even though there were no skid strips in it they weren't helping that much to not slip around.

Quiet place and friendly staff make this a nice place to stay.

Breakfast was good. Lots of selection and nice hot dishes. Fire pit is nice to sit by and meet people. Staff was extremely nice and caring. Location is great because you don’t hear interstate noise. The area. Is safe to walk in. I like that we could walk to places to eat.lots of good area to meet friends and family to visit.

Our room had a tear in the ceiling of the bathroom and the tile on the edge in the bathroom was all pulled away from the wall. It just needs a little TLC. I would appreciate a small microwave in the room. I use it to heat a pack for sore bones from travel. I would like an area by the pool to sit outside to get away from the pool smell and get some Sun. Pool area was clean and nice but pool seemed cloudy and so much chemicals. The friendly staff was the best.

From the moment we walked it was very nice. the front staff were great and the place was very comfortable and clean.

The shower had great water pressure however the shower it self was tight.

Always a pleasure to stay here.

The rooms are always clean and the staff is always very accommodating. Breakfast was very good.

The toilets sit way too low for older people.

Won over, on one overnight.

I enjoyed the decor and theme that they had. It gives off a cozy, northwoods vibe. Relaxing. I will stay here again.

It was my first time staying there and only for one night, but I have no complaints. The property was well maintained, clean and all was as it should be.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was good - there was a good selection of food. We would definitely stay here again.

We would be back!

The breakfast selection was great! We loved the pool and the decorations of the whole hotel! I left behind my water cup and my son dropped his stuffed animal and both items were taken to the front desk and they had them there for us!

The rock structure by the hot tub was hard to watch my son in the pool. I wish I could have been able to sit anywhere in the hot tub to be able to watch him play. I heard several other mothers sitting in the hot tub relaying the same information. It was a nice break to relax if you didn't have kids, but being more of a family hotel I feel that structure would be better not being so high so we can view our kids/husbands in the pool playing.

Our stay was perfect.

I have stayed at the location over 15 times and will continue to do so. The location Is great and the facility is clean and comfortable.

The bed could use more pillows. They are kind of small.

Very clean and well kept. Decor is awesome. The staff is professional and friendly. Room was comfortable and breakfast was very good.

Limited/same breakfast choices daily and definitely not what was expected after reading prior reviews. Our nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. Bathroom floor was “greasy”. Front desk never answered the phone when we called and when we walked down, front desk staff was sitting there with no one around???

Very good

Comfortable bed and side chair (could have used two chairs). Good breakfast with a few exceptions. Near restaurants and gas stations. Clean. At breakfast the biscuits, waffles and the oatmeal were tasty.

Shower dispenser for conditioner was empty. Stayed for two days but no cleaning while there--could have used a new bar of hand soap by sink. No decalf coffee for breakfast. Would have liked some bacon or sausage for a protein instead of powdered (?) eggs.

GM and staff were super friendly and accommodating. The place is adorable and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Hoping place, interesting location, and a bit of a challenge to find.

Nice family lodging.

We were at the end of the first floor by rear exits, whenever someone closed the door it cause the door to our room to rattle. Since there was constant traffic this woke us and our dog multiple times during the night. We mentioned it to the front desk, but they seemed a bit overwhelmed with the large breakfast crowd.

Perfect staycation

The staff were exceptional. The breakfast 1st day my grandkids loved. 2nd day not so much. I do not eat eggs and sausage So a bit harder for me but still very good. They cleaned tables as they were used. We used tables at night for sandwiches and playing games. So comfortable

Price was a bit steep. Could have stayed elsewhere for less but my grandkids were excited to stay there.
