The location was about the only thing I liked - it was close the the wedding venue we were in town for and easy access to the highway without being too close to the highway.

Front desk person was outside when we arrived watched us walk in & I stood there for about 5 mins before she came in-she was also not friendly. Pool was NASTY-water was green & things floating in water. Couldn't get a good photo of pool because there were no lights on? Elevator & halls smelled like pot. Evening desk person couldn't tell me pool hours, breakfast hours *which the person at check in should have told us but didn't because she basically handed me the keys and didn't say anything else) Also didn't have extra make up remover wipes when I asked for some the 2nd night. They didn't clean our room on Saturday. The walls were trashy looking in many places with poor paint job. Towel rack in bathroom was coming off the wall and bent. TV did not work 80% of the time. There was a desk in the room but no desk chair- or any extra chair. Drawers on dresser were broke and kept rolling open.

Lovely experience with the staff. Nice modern hotel with some amenities. I was really comfortable with diverse crowd/fellow guests.

Needs to fix issue with breakfast: completely a 0, would rather not have the idea of breakfast in my mind at all, when I think about what they were serving. It was quite scary actually.

Fire alarm was blaring on and off through the night and morning. Never got compensated for the inconvenience.

One of the main reasons we were staying was for the long term parking and airport transportation. The van had not been working for a few days so no transportation. This information was available after check-in. They made no effort to come up with another solution. Trying to check-in front desk staff was on the phone with a personal call and ignored us completely. There was an argument in the hallway outside our room at 2 am. Police called.

We arrived in the middle of a blizzard and had to walk through drifts of snow to get to the front door. Little temp was made to clear any path at all.

The fire alarm went off three times at three in the morning
