The rooms need maintenance. Put a large towel under the door to keep out drafts and critters.

Location

The room was hidden in a corner of the facility, you can’t see the room number from the ground level, it doesn’t match up with first floor rooms number wise. There were three options to approach the room and two were not correct. A sign at the lower level stairs indicating which upstairs rooms are available from these stairs would help. There was a one inch gap under the entry door. There was also a vertical gap on the door. The first accessible light switch controlled a very dim (20 watt?) light. The light over the sink burned out after 5 seconds of use. There wasn’t a stopper for the bathroom sink drain. The bathroom door had been damaged long ago from improper installation.

Man, I sure did pay a cheap price for an even cheaper hotel

I liked having four walls to sleep in and the walls were thick enough I couldn’t hear the neighbors. The wifi was fast. The tv has a timer for falling asleep. It was a pretty ok location, it certainly could have been worse. Teach me to book the much nicer ones in advance I suppose

The check in times on the site are wrong and half the things in the room were subpar. The microwave would screech as you used it. There was a hole in the wall. There were dozens of scratches on the back of the bathroom door from somebody locking their dog in there(I’m hoping that’s what it is). One of the lamps didn’t work and the breakfast rolls up at 9 so my partner and I couldn’t go eat. The coffee maker and the toilet are right next to each other and the parking was atrocious. Oh! And anytime anybody runs past your room(because children are little terrors) the whole room would shake.

It was so bad, we decided not to stay at all.

Everything, after we checked in and went to find our room, we saw a drug deal taking place right outside another room. The web site pictures a clean and tidy exterior and rooms that are clean a well kept. This is false advertising at it's finest. The room smelled horrible, the bathroom had not been clean, the door knob on the bathroom door was barely attached and the front door did not want work properly. We did not feel safe there. This hotel does not represent what Wyndham prides it's self on. I would appreciate a phone call.

it was somewhere to rest but that’s it. no fun things around

it was close to the convention I was at.

I thought it was nicer looking. it’s literally just for sleep. bathroom was old and dirty. I was scared of bed. literally did not go to room until time for sleep

NOTHING was cleaned how it should be.. dirty cups and half eaten Oreos were under the bed.. the shower still had someone else’s hair in it.. our bathroom/mirror light didn’t work.. checkout is supposed to be at 11.. at 10:14 they were BANGING on our door rushing us.. and for what, if they don’t really even clean?.. for $80 A NIGHT it was not worth it at all.

the rooms smells like ashtray, you can’t even breath there. The place is trashed in general. don’t stay there, it’s definitely worth to pay extra $ and stay at another place.

wasn’t the worst, but definitely was not great.

the location was close to where we were going, the staff was very nice.

it was not properly cleaned, our fridge had someone before us beer in it still, and there were gnats. also our door did not lock but by the time I realized it, it was 2am and I was ready to go to sleep so just wished for the best

JUST SAY NOOOO…..!!!!…. NASTY, ROACHES, BED ROCKED,

Absolutely NOTHING

Reserved 4 rooms for our church group. just staying one night. We didn’t need anything fancy, just a place to sleep and shower. NASTY, FILTHY, ROACHES… We couldn’t stay and had to leave. Clerk wasn’t going to give me all the money back because he said one room had been messed with…. he asked how many he could resell and I told him definitely not the 3 I went in because they were nasty. Roaches and nastiness in one room, broken glass and poop smeared on a wall in another, and then a rocking bed, nasty blankets and the stink of another. Never found out about my room (the 4th) because the lock didn’t work and we got a new room that I never got to check out due to the mess of the other 3. I didn’t feel the need to even go in it. I was disgusted enough. Anyway I told him the 3 for sure needed cleaned and I tried showing him pictures. I had to offer to make the bed that one guest pulled the blankets back on in order to get all of our money back. Ended up not making the bed.

breakfast- was the worse. Lousy pancakes and cheap syrup and white bread were the only food. No jelly; no butter; no fruit: no yogurt; no other food nor condiments. Nothing to put on toast if you chose to make toast of the bread. The floor of the breakfast area was amazingly sticky. Pretty gross. I did appreciate the coffee.
