was there in a blizzard and the staff was exceptional in helping me the next morning when I was stuck in the parking lot.

Quiet. Felt safe with cop’s driving through parking lot for checks on property
Made arrangements 1.5 months in advance. Carpet was not vacuumed and had trash around beds. Asked for newly remodeled room and got old.

The room was very nice. Close to a celebration we were going to
The bed was kind of hard and the room was cold

Nothing
There was a creepy guy hanging out talking to guests and and worker. He didn't seem to be a guest.. The beds were like rocks it was like rocks. there was no carpeting which made the room echo. The entire hotel smelt heavily like cleaner, it made my children and I sick. The shower tub was dirty and also the sink. The sheets on one of the beds appeared to be clean but after lying in them them felt extremely dirty. Because of the echo you could hear people from rooms down the hall.

It’s a basic hotel that gets the job done if you just need a place to sleep like we did. The remodeled rooms were nice. Overall it was a good experience and I’d stay there again.

Our room wasn’t clean or in good repair & the mattresses were HORRIBLE to sleep on… this hotel needs repair & help with decorating…

Our room was 126 right by the back door and the door was unlocked taped to stay open so just anyone can walk in

The location of the hotel, it was very close to everywhere I needed to go
The room stunk, very small bathroom, and it is different than it is portrayed to be on here.
2.5 / 5.0
The staff was nice and the location was convenient. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and while the pillows were kind of odd - some very filled and somewhat lumpy, some very thin, I did appreciate that I had options so I could sleep on the thick pillow and use the thin pillow between my knees.
The provided soaps were an odd quality and didn't suds up well. Seemed like they were really old. The lightswitch in my room didn't work so I had to leave a lamp on. Towels were thin. And the walls and thin so I could hear the people above me stomping around til 2 AM. I tried to call the front desk and the phone was dead. I really think the value was about 50% of what I paid.

Not anything really. Beds were awful, color scheme hurt my eyes and could hear everything

I went to Stillwater for a funeral. Most of my relatives were not accessible by phone as they were busy with funeral preparations. I booked a hotel to be sure that I had a place to stay. When I arrived, I found out I could stay with my sister. I checked into the hotel. It looked and smelled bad. I paid a very large room charge for one night to avoid a hassle over money. I stayed with my sister. My need were met. I am out some money. Let it be.

No available breakfast, coffee maker out of order
No security at back entrance. Lock broken.
No breakfast. Room price way too high for what was offered.
0.5 / 5.0
the bed was comfortable
no secure entry, the entry doors were unable to be locked granting anyone entrance at anytime, the rooms were "shoddy" at best, no bath towels only "oversized" "crusty" hand towels, junk piled in the hallways, front desk was rarely occupied, had to ring a buzzer for service and wait a long time for anyone to show up, there was a smashed dead fly on the mirror when i checked in and was never cleaned my entire stay, the room looked like it was maintained and paint by toddlers
