Quiet. Comfortable. Great Location. Staff are great. Setting was very relaxing. Spa, pool and great food. Beautiful seeing all the stars at night.

Excellent location and pleasant setting. Lovely exterior. Room was spacious.
Room furnishings need upgrading, especially pillows and mattresses. we would have enjoyed a sitting area. Shower was improperly plumbed.

We had a nice welcome from the boss and felt immediately at home. We had a great Evening in the bar. The spareribs were very good. And Ben at the bar is a very nice guy.

room was a little cold even with the heater

The setting was nice. The room was nice with the exception of the noisy floors.
Restaurant service was extremely slow and multiple items were out. The guest that was staying in the room below kept loudly knocking from below. Eventually she came up and banged extremely loudly on our door, waking up my son and scaring everyone else in my room. She said that it sounded like elephants were stomping. No one in our room was doing anything other than just getting ready for bed and taking normal steps. We called the front desk and after hours emergency line to report the issue of the rude guest, but no one answered either line.

One waitress at the restaurant was very unprofessional

the atmosphere, the layout, loved the position of the cabins around the pond.

Beautiful resort
My bathroom room did not have a door.

beautiful setting
understaffed - rooms could use a little updating

It is remote, rustic, with great amenities and amazing views. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cabin was cozy, comfortable and clean...and Cabin 103 had a fantastic view of the stream. The overall grounds are well kept with a relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant is really good with great views.
- Cabin blinds need repair/ update.
- Cabin bathroom fan was very noisy and there was mold at the base of the bathtub transitioning to bathroom floor.
- Cabin main-room bed was ok but could use an update

cool location , spa was nice 👍
rooms are very loud and our bath tub in the rooms jets didn’t work .

Room was clean, warm and had a fridge and coffee maker. There's also a little furnace that operates on a dial timer. Beds were comfortable but not the warmest so either put the kids in warm PJ's or turn up the temp at night to keep them from getting cold. Parking was plentiful. There's a whirlpool tub which is nice for a hot bath after a day on the slopes. Restaurant is lovely with large viewing windows so there isn't a bad table in there. Food was good and serving sizes generous. Reservations are recommended there. We unfortunately didn't make it to the pool, hot tub or steam room but the pictures of them look amazing! Nice that there is a spa on site. We had to leave early when family member got injured. Resort was so kind and offered to credit us a night. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!!!
I just wish we could have stayed longer as we had originally planned. It would have been nice to use the amenities but as it was we were only there 1 night before we had to leave due to injury. That's not the resort's fault and when I checked out early, they immediately offered to ask the manager for a credit. They did this without my requesting it. So kind!

Overall we had wonderful stay.
Internet reception is not good!

The facility and location were great. We only used the hot tub, but the spa facilities were very nice.
Based on availability when we booked, we didn't have a room with anywhere to sit comfortably other than on the beds. A chair or two on the balconies would be nice too.

Setting is amazing and the way they took advantage of the setting.
One light switch did not function, power unit for pc and USB did not work, and the small gas fire place would not go on.
