1. clean bed and bathroom. 2. Bed moderately comfortable. 3. Sausage and eggs were good.
Our room was located on 2nd floor and we are in our 70s. Steps were uneven in need of repair. Grounds were extremely trashy and pool was dark, nasty water. Coffee was tasteless, dark water.

Nothing the worst stay I ever had at a hotel.
Everything . Power outage in middle of night family cold til 6 in the morning its snowing outside. I spoke wit manager the only thing she could do was offer next time half off a room 😒 Never ever will I and if anyone wants the half off they can have it.

nothing
They advertised they had a pool, hot tub, and free continental breakfast. None of these things were available. I picked this hotel and paid extra for these amenities and was informed they were not available when I got there. When I got to my room I discovered the refrigerator was broken, shower door was broken, and the sink handle was broken.
5.0
It was reasonably priced.
The place needs some serious attention. No phone in room, no light bulbs in any of the lamps. Clerk at front desk had to bring some to our room, and one lamp in the corner was broken. Steel frames on stairs wells have holes where they've rusted completely through, and could be a potential safety Hazzard. And I ran over a chunk of curb in the entrance to the hotel that was busted away and laying in the entrance. Wish I would have taken pictures of everything that I have described above. I would give it a 3.5 🌟 rating...

The receptionist was very nice
That booking over charged me! That the room was infested with flies, the bathroom door had the bottom part broken there are holes in the bathroom walls and big chunk of the paint on the ceiling was chipped off. If I would not have paid 103.00 with booking i would have only paid 65.00.

The owner tried to walk inside of my room while I was gone. I pulled up and asked who was she and what was she doing she said she was checking to see if the room was cleaned, I then said why are you checking my room and I didn’t even check out yet, it seemed like she was trying to steal. I never heard of anyone going inside another person room unannounced to check if it was cleaned. Mind you it was not housekeeping it was the owner she claimed to be, and a man.

Room clean and nice.
The mattress was too firm. There was no where on website to request a room with a softer mattress. (If there are any)

The staff was ok..
The bed was so hard that my back still hurts. The shower had no pressure at all. I had to go to the sink to get shampoo out. The refrigerator did not work and the price was $220+ for 3 nights.

The price was good. Pillows comfortable along with bed. Clean as much as could be with the age of the room.
The coffee pot was broken. There was a big roach roaming in the room. I think it needs some updates for sure.
