Superb

The facility is on the lake and has a great indoor and outdoor pool. The staff was on it. Always asking if we needed anything, etc. The resort was close to everything and was modestly priced.

The room was good. It just needs some updating. It seems a bit run down. The handle on the bathroom was falling off, and the kitchen could use some tlc. We were not there for the room, though. This did not deter us, and we would still rerent from this resort.

Very good

The condos were very nice. The little beach area was a really nice bonus. The pool was clean, and the splash area for the little ones was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, the atmosphere was very family-friendly, and very clean. The patio area was a nice plus.

We had a two bedroom and two bath condo. They need to invest in hot water on demand. We had four people in our condo, and we could barely make it through two showers without running out of hot water. Forget about even trying to fill the jacuzzi tub. Didn't get it half full, and it ran out of hot water. The parking lot is a little bit of an inconvenience due to the extreme incline, but that comes with the area. The lack of sidewalks makes getting our luggage to your condo a bit difficult.

Beautiful little runaway

The room was more than I expected. There was everything you needed to feel right at home. Very spacious and comfortable. The gentleman that checked us in was very accomodating and knowledgable.

I wish we could've stayed longer. We really enjoyed the time away and the scenery. I can't wait to book another stay

My expectation was highly disappointing. I feel that the advertising is greatly deceiving! I I feel I spent my hard earn

The security gentlemen.

It stayed very cold. The heat finally came up on the day we checked out. The bedroom stayed cold because of the air coming through the doors. The inside of the stove and the cabinet were filthy. The jacuzzi has a bug in it and we couldn’t use it because the room was freezing. The room repairs could be seen on the ceiling and the floors. The guests above us made noise with what sounded like a surround sound system that pounded the ceiling which made the dining ceiling lamp shake the two nights we were there. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary, it was a horrible experience. The office was closed, so we could never express our disgust with a physical person, not even on the phone.

Over all the suite was nice and responsibly priced. I loved the lake scenery andthe jacuzzi tub. I will most definitely

The suite had a jacuzzi hot tub. The view of the lake out side the bedroom door. The full size kitchen. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

The jacuzzi tub was not cleaned properly. It looked dirty as if someone quickly cleaned it. Also the light over the sink was not working nor the garbage disposal. I had to call the front desk to get a maintenance man to take care of those situations.

Fantastic! 10/10 Would recommend!

The pools were great, both indoor and outdoor! Parking ended up being perfect, we were able to park right next to our condo. Our condo was phenomenal, lots of space, beds were great and the space was perfect for a family of 4 on vacation!

Even during peak season, office hours were a bit unpredictable, lots of breaks. Trash disposal was not easy.

I like the location and that it is clean.

Not really able to use the Amenities due to the season. The check in is too late 5pm and the check out is at 10am too early.

Stayed for my birthday and wanted a relaxing week. I got what I was looking for and I will be back.

I liked how quiet it was. It was very comfortable and relaxing for my partner and I.

The only thing I was disappointed by was the weather at the time! Sad face, and how early the indoor pool closes.
