Good location. Clean room. Good value for money.

Location is good. The hotel is neat and quiet, with lots of parking spaces. Wifi was good. Checking in and Checking out were easy and convenient.

Did not meet much food on ground on the day I went for breakfast. Lighting in room was not bright.

It would have been great if the bed was comfortable.

It was a beautiful property and it felt very clean.

The bed was VERY uncomfortable! I felt like I was sleeping on the floor!My husband likes a firm bed but he even said it was awful.

Hotel is really nice hand they had a luggage rack and and elevator . Room was lovely and very clean and comfortable and exceeded my expectations.

I had a problem at checkin the front desk woman charged me twice and two authorizations hit my credit card when I brought this to her attention she was clueless . I was able to speak the her manager who kept telling me they didn’t charge me twice but eventually come to find out that the lady did charge me twice the first charge included the hotel and pet together then she charged me again for the hotel separately and the pet fee separately . So two pending authorizations hit my credit balance even though eventually at check out I probably will have only have on charge finalized and the other pending charge drop off after 3+-7 days I was not pleased how this went down because they were not very customer focused and I was embarrassed to have to confront them in the lobby regarding this matter . I showed them the two authorizations bottom line the girl didn’t speak up that she made an error until after several minutes of a very stressful discussion and placed me in a very uncomfortable confrontational situation .

Relaxing weekend getaway

The location is great, and the breakfast never disappoints.

There were a couple of areas of our room that could have used a little more attention, but they weren't serious enough for me to complain about.

We loved it and will stay there when we come to visit our daughter.This was the second time there.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was nice and helpful. The room was very nice. The lobby was BEAUTIFUL!

Always my stop when I pass thru Amarillo

The huge Hottub and the pool is actually heated

Bed was little hard for my liking but I have stayed here before and the bed was great

Very acceptable

In general the property was inviting and the decor added to the ambience and feeling tou were staying in a unique environment.

The luggage carts were simply not very practical for luggage plus pet carriers and therefore had to make multiple trips when checking in and out.

Great place for a quick stop overnight.

Breakfast was great and even though we got in really late, the night staff was super helpful.

The parking was awful. They let construction vehicles and RV’s take up multiple spots. We had to park on the dirt lot across the street that wasn’t even theirs.

It was just for one night to break up the trip as we where driving so can’t really make much of a comment.

The pillows need to be changed. Lumpy no bigger than a large cushion.

Great pool and desk

The pool was nice. There are cookies in lobby for the kids. The stairs looked "cool" for the kids. The room was nice and had a decent office setup.

Smelled of strong cow poop outside, think we were down wind of a farm or something. I usually welcome that smell as rural life, but it was very strong.

Not too bad for Texas

Clean room and facility with breakfast included. A nice place to stay passing through. Had a porch out front and plenty of parking. Easy access with elevators and carts. Very nice lobby.

Staff not thrilled to be there. The smell in town wasn't great, but not hotel at fault. Not sure anyone outside of Texas is really welcome.

My wife and myself liked everything but 2 things.

Well there are 2 things that we didn't like and the first was how crowded it was for breakfast and the other thing was the luggage carts. Someone had to of had them hiden in their rooms cause we looked for about 45 minutes and finally we just made a couple of trips back and forth to the car
