We have been coming here once or twice a year for about 15 years. It's our favorite hotel in the world. However, the prices have developed exorbitantly after the Corona period. Whether overnight stay or the restaurant prices have increased by 20-30%. But the little things that used to make it special are missing: a greeting card in the room with for example: Homemade salsa, quality cosmetics, open fire on the patio in front of the bar, etc. The rooms have been redesigned, but the small chest of drawers in the storage area does not correspond to any attractive design, nor is it practical to use next to the suitcases and shoes. The new tile design is certainly a matter of taste, but so much white gives the bathroom the impression of a hospital. I don't want to say in general that everything was better in the past, but we liked some things better.

Not the usual four seasons standards that i have come to expect!
I have been to most of the four seasons hotels over the last 20 years and unfortunately the service and my requests were not met, if I had not been paying over a thousand dollars for one night I would not have worried about the poor service, but for the cost, the service, food and cleanliness were very poor
Poor service, poor food and a different menu as advertised on the website, cleanliness not up to four seasons standards, my room requirements were not ready on arrival despite being told they would be, not enough staff to cope with all the guests, the two, four seasons hotels in San Francisco we stayed at after and before our night at the scottsdale hotel were far superior despite being a third or more cheaper

The service everywhere at the hotel is EXCEPTIONAL. Literally every employee goes out of his way to make your experience impeccable. Some of the best service I have ever experienced. EVER! Keep it up!
I'd love to see a better/ bigger pool. With a tropical island in the middle, a waterfall and a kids' slide! Check out Four Seasons Maui at Wailea. Do that - and this hotel will be an exceptional property!

The hotel as a whole was nothing to speak negatively about. My issue with the hotel
is the cost/value. The same sentiment was shared by the 50 people who attended rhe same wedding as I - It’s much more comparable to hotels below $350. They try to justify it in ask eye-rolling way, with a few upgrades, like l’occitane shampoo bottles or “upgrades” no one needs that them to charge more but don’t justify anywhere close to the price they charge. Maybe $500/night because of the wealth around. But $1,000?
For $1000/night it better be pretty damn perfect. Luxury. This was 70% there. The staff were mostly great, don’t get me wrong. But those poor employees stand no chance against expectations that accompany a $1000 price tag.
Value.

Restaurant food & service was outstanding. Rest of the facility was just okay.
