Im Hotel wussten sie nichts von unserer Ankunft und wollten uns auch kein Zimmer anbieten.

Wir können nichts dazu sagen, weil man uns dort nicht angenommen hat.

Im Hotel wussten sie nichts von unserer Ankunft und wollten uns auch kein Zimmer anbieten. Wir mussten daher ins doppelt so teuere Best Western umziehen. Wir werden die Buchung, die wir für Rückfahrt gebucht haben wieder stornieren.

The experience was full of stress and anxiety

We arrived and the front desk check us in, i asked the best spot to park closest to the room but the lady did not provide accurate information so i ended up parking much further than i would have liked. When we got to the room, it smelled funny and I discovered the A/C did not work. I informed the front desk and requested a different room, but they said they were all booked and had none available. They asked if it would be ok to stay across the street. I agreed, but did not realize how much worse it would be. The room I ended up with had an electric stove randomly placed in the room. The room also smelled funny and the front metal until fell off. I checked the under covers and discovered cigarette burns I was so anxious about bed bugs that my children and I all slept on the covers. I did not get much sleep and left as soon as I could. We went back over to the quality inn for breakfast. The waffles were ok, but the milk was old and sour. I would not recommend staying at either location

The room was dirty- hair in the sheets, in the bathroom. The toilet wasn’t secured so it was very wobbly. The room smelled like urine. The bathroom door didn’t close.

A great place to spend a night or two!!!

Location was very convenient. Area was very clean and attendant kept it clean and picked up. Coffee was convenient also and very tasty. Plenty of choices for breakfast and yogurt brands & flavors were exceptional. A very nice breakfast!

I really can’t think of anything to improve on. It appears this facility is being renovated and the areas completed look great. The outside will likely be completed in a few months but it is a facility in progress. Doing a great job!! We will return!!

Very uncomfortable.

Right off the highway but looked like it was not the bus part of town.

The mattresses need to be replaced and they need a put in a easy chair in the rooms. There was no where to sit except desk chair.

I would say it’s closer to a one star than two star.

it was conveniently located by I-80.

our room was not terrible clean. you had to body slam the door to get it to open. There was no breakfast when we arrived. the staff told us 5 minutes. The donuts were stale. we waited 15 minutes for the eggs and left without eating.

Initial external appearance is rough , but inside is good.

Value for money, small room but adequate. Restaurant close by. Wild deer grazing in the condemned next door motel yard was interesting.

Worn out neighbourhood. Breakfast eggs and sausage came out after the first diners had finished. They are trying to improve the facilities.

Extremely outdated, bathroom was horrible, didnt want to eat provided breakfast considering hotel conditions, pictures of hotel are very misleading, no screen on windows, pretty sure lots of locals live there, locals hanging out all over outside smoking, worst quality inn or hotel ive been to in years. We drove from AZ so we were exhausted otherwise we would have drove to another hotel and cancel this one.
