The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is gorgeous. There were lots of hiking trails and fun activities for the kids.
The only thing that would keep us from coming back often is the price. It is quite expensive.

The staff was first class and we loved the restaurant at the top, Arie.

Breakfast buffet was not that good. Eggs Benedict were flavorless and cold/soggy. In general it was not a great buffet for such a high end hotel. Our room was worn out. Needs to be refreshed. Pillows were lumpy. Door was broken on the furniture. The view was fantastic. My favorite was the 9th floor spa. One of the best I have ever been too. Yoga daily was my favorite. The steam room was so good.

Can't beat the ski in and ski out!
We arrived and our locker to put our ski's in was broken and it took them an hour to get us a new locker. We awoke on our first morning freezing due to the heat not working and repaired by staff that day. The bathroom sink was draining first day called and repaired that day. The pillows were clean but not inspected for they had gum dried on them. Pillows promptly replaced. One of the hot tubs was broken---heater and jet and no room to sit in the other one due to full capacity. The Sauna was under construction. No coffee or refreshments in Lobby. The Service at State 71 Restaurant was at best fair. The Pepper shaker lid came off in my soup and the whole bottle of pepper landed in it and I had to wait another 20 minutes for replacement, no apologies, not compensated off the bill and no silverware given with meals and had to ask waiting another 10 minutes, and the list goes on....Their bookings at the hotel were at best 1/4 full and they can't accommodate late check outs on a Sunday during non peak times!?
Staff young, inexperienced, but very friendly. But come on guys----when I am spending above average rates things could be much better. Being a hard working RN this was a treat for myself and so disappointed! And, feel so ripped off!
For the price, this place was not worth my hard earned money!!! I like my Holiday Inn Express the BEST!

Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
I wish the other two hot tubs were working. Although the pool was very nice, we were not able to use the hot tub as it was packed and never had a chance to get in there.

It’s a beautiful hotel, and in a beautiful setting. customer service, however, was seriously lacking. When I checked in, the hotel clerk was not nice or welcoming. Then for dinner I took my kids to the restaurant downstairs. The hostess and waitress were so rude to us, and the service was terrible. I’ve never been treated so badly at a restaurant before.
The poor customer service dampened the entire experience for me. I am a single mom, and it was a big deal for me to splurge on the room and dinner for my kids. And I left feeling very unsatisfied.

When we went to buy breakfast they were out of everything we wanted.
The bed was horrible to sleep in and your website does not tell you that it costs $35 to swim in the roof top pool. That was the whole reason we chose that hotel. I was very dissatisfied and that it also was for 16 and older so my kids couldn’t even use it. Also your website does not tell you that the slides were not open so there was basically nothing for us to do there. My kid got sick and we ended up leaving a day early.

Elevator system isn't good

options, size, food, felt safe
ski lockers are small for a family of 4, rooms need more signage and a book or something to tell you what is where

The location is absolutely amazing.
Parking was a little further from the building than expected, but not a deal breaker at all. The room was nice, not mind blowing and definitely bare bones. No microwave (double queen room). Overall, it’s a nice place with a view. quiet and clean.

We thought we had booked closer to park city but were pleasantly surprised when we discovered where we actually booked! So many amenities and beautiful location!
Not much to say is wrong… maybe the pillows are kind of small.

The weather and scenery were beautiful!
We hadn’t been there for a while, but I was shocked to learn that you had to make a reservation for the rooftop pool. We were quoted $30 an hour for the hot tub!

Room 531 was 82 with the air on. You could feel heat coming out of the vent by the windows and air coming out of fan/ac was cool. Temp was moved to low but room didn’t hardly cool at all. Hard to sleep
