One night hotel was ok.

It was ok for one night. good parking. Breakfast was average. Friendly staff. several USB ports. Clean.

Hotel alarm went off approximately 5;13 AM. so I had to dress quickly and walk down from the 3rd floor. it was because of the kitchen while preparing breakfast. Firemen came. It was the 3rd time it had happened. . I dont like the sink/mirror is not in the bathroom, The TV was hard to use .The lobby floor was being mopped when checking out. $30 fee for late check out, $100 hold for security.

Very nice and clean facility. Front desk agent was very helpful and polite. Took it on himself to come and fix an issue in our room when we called him.

The room above us was very loud, like someone jumping up and down all night long. Not the hotels fault but perhaps I would say building should be more sound proof.

Linen had blood stains on sheets and towels, the floors weren’t cleaned properly, scuffs on the bathroom floors . Counter tops had sticky substances on them . The front desk clerk “Priya” was very rude towards me and my wife when we approached her with our troubles. We asked several times for towels and other linen , the desk attendant and another worker refused to give us towels or linen , therefore we went to purchase our own towels . I was told I’d get a refund for the inconvenience, priya repeatedly told me she couldn’t give me any paperwork to reference and that she has talked to the hotel about our dispute and she can’t do anything else about it

Best experience ever.

The owners are very pleasant and helpful. Questions and requests were handled quickly and effectively. The premises were immaculate and new. This location had only been open for a couple of months when we stayed there, but if it stayed the same, I would definitely stay there again and again. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was slightly varied on different days, but it was hot and there were many choices to pick from: waffles, eggs, french toast, sausage, and bacon There were different breads, muffins, Danish, and cereal. There was yogurt, juices, coffee, and more. I give it a 5-star rating.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. It was truly one of the best experiences and places we ever stayed in.

Modern en gezellig!

Het is vrij nieuw, alles is aanwezig en leuk en modern ingericht Het is er schoon! medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk! Ligging is prima voor activiteiten binnen Columbia.

Ontbijt (maar dat is in bijna elk hotel wel hetzelfde, opgewarmde voorverpakte roerei, hamburgers, wafels, etc)

This was an ok stay not the best

The property is a convenient location off of the highway Parking was good Convenient to gas station and places to eat within walking A variety of breakfast options-hot and cold Gym and common areas were nice

The room was decent but the bathroom was not clean as it should have been There was hair in the tub area and on the toilet The bottom of the toilet was not clean There was urine residue with hair The white shower curtain should have been replaced There was black stuff on the shower curtains The shower walls should have been cleaned There were spots of residue This is a fairly new hotel (what I was told) I believe more so new management and it is family ran The staff is limited because the person at the front desk is all over the place fixing breakfast and cleaning up while attempting accommodate the front desk The older family kind of sits around watching and telling them what to do Not all of the staff speak/comprehends english It was frustrating when communicating to the cleaning staff-housekeepers (who seemed like a husband and wife duo) This was a family trip I did not feel comfortable with my family with the bathroom issues I could not post all of the bathroom photos

I was pleasantly impressed with the professionalism from the staff and the cleanliness of the entire building.

The property was very well maintained and in a very good area, right off the interstate. The lobby and breakfast areas were kept very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Being this location is right off the interstate and also near a train track, the sounds from both were the main dislike. Also, it was slightly difficult to get to and, if you’re not from the area, might pose a slight challenge.

Highly recommend this brand new beautiful hotel with a friendly staff and great accommodations

Hotel is new so everything was clean and new and fresh. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Price was very reasonable and breakfast was very good and inlcluded

The bed was very comfortable but the base of the bed has a tin metal on it and makes a horrible noise when you get in and out if the bed.
