Best stay felt like home away from home

It was warm and welcoming as soon as we walked in. The room was nice and very spacious.

Would of been fine except that morning of departure

Someone checked us out an hour early. 11a instead of 12. We came back from our walk key didn’t work. I was told I needed ID but my wallet was in the room. The woman who denied me access actually checked us-in the night before We also chatted with her that morning. She only had 4 hours between shifts. When I got upset she said”I pissed her off” because I was upset.

Pleasant but disappointing.

Breakfast, cleanliness, easy access to room, house manager seemed to care about my issue

Expected a Jacuzzi, as your email confirmed. Pool was outdoors and not filled. Desk clerk was not as caring, but curt.

Good Place to Stay in Dalton, Georgia

The hotel was well situated and clean. The staff were also very nice.

The hotel room itself was a bit dated with limited plug ins.

Breakfast was fine. Server was very nice!

Plumbing issues— both sink and tub were very slow to drain. A quick shower, and I was standing in water.

Facility was nice but details need to be worked out.

it had been nicely updated since our last stay at this location.

The keys often didn’t work. our room was on the lower level and people propped the door open with rocks because of key situation. Made it difficult for dog walking and didn’t feel safe.

I was charged for two night when I stayed only one night -125.00 and change- I spoke to Toni at the property and she said they will refund us the money but needed u to refund me since it’s a third party- can you please credit my account - Toni said to call if you need anything - I hope to resolve this matter quickly

Bed was comfortable.

It was not very clean.. there was bugs in room. The front desk didn’t seem to care. The breakfast was not good. way over priced
