It was a ruff stay.

Room was clean and well stocked. Dog was barking a lot in what seemed to be the room next door. Relaxing was tough with the barking

We drove all day and were tired and went to sleep. We got up early the next morning and felt well re

We liked the ease of making a reservation, the check in process and the checking out process. The bed was comfortable and the room was nicely laid out and felt spacious.

The closet elevator to our room was broken, no TV guide, noisy air conditioning unit, no night light, the elevator we did end up using needed some work. It also looked worn and messy. Some of the walls in our floor were marked up and my wife ended up skipping breakfast because the bagel she took was stale, so she threw it away and we skipped breakfast.

A Breath of Fresh Air

The smell and look of cleanliness of the hotel the moment you enter the lobby doors, the breakfast, and the welcoming smiles of the staff!

Not good for birthdays

The room in the photo were completely different. The room in the photos on line showed a suite and double room. The room at the actual hotel was not the way it showed in the picture, no couch or seating area in room, refrigerator didn't work no the air condition

TV did not work and the pool closed too early. Close at 8PM. And I noticed that one of the fire exits was blocked by multiple cans of 5 gallons paint. They were stacked up in front of the door.

The property was satisfactory and I would recommend staying there.

Location, cleanliness, and breakfast were excellent! They were renovating everything, so it was on the way to getting even better.

The A/C didn’t work well and there were loud guests in the hallway late at night and early in the morning.

I didnt stay here, but am fighting for my refund because I was "checked out" despite locked doors.

I didnt stay here. I booked the room heading in from out of town, learned that there were no vacancies upon arrival but I was "checked in" and "check out." Messages were sent notifying the company that I was unable to take advantage of my booking prior to being "checked out."

The lobby and the pool were nice, but we were unable to enjoy it.

We were not notified until we reached our room that there had been a busted pipe that affected all of the hallways. The first room’s hallway had the drywall cut out from the wall up to about 2’. The hotel clerk never told about the construction. I asked to change rooms was told that the best room available would be on the 3rd floor. On that hallway, the construction was starting on the opposite end of the hallway, but by the 2nd night and next morning, it was a full on construction zone. We were woken up every morning by 7:30 by the construction workers.

Weird smell in building but fans were blowing because I believe they had finished painting. My bathroom didn't have enough towels and the bathtub was chipping away.

I rate this hotel very low. Off of one bad front desk clerk. She was at work on Mar 21st 2023 morning shift. REPLACE HER FAST. I needed to stay more days but because of her. I checked out and took my family to another hotel. SHE'S TERRIBLE!!!!
