The cost is reasonsble for what you get: an old hotel, the beddings and the towels are clean, but the floor/the carp

Très compliqué pour la navette, de plus en très mauvais état sale et manquait la fenêtre de l'arrière. Ne parle pas anglais. Quartier insalubre, très forte odeur de cigarettes dans les chambres, de plus en mauvais état et mériteraient d'être rénovées. Petit dej chinois, succinct. Nous avons passé qu'une seule nuit et c'était bien assez.

Good deal but stay cautious!

Room was ok

1. None of the hotel staff speaks English. 2.It was a hassle to get them contacted to coordinate the shuttle pickup from the airport. 3.On sundays the shuttle doesn't operate on all days. So had to pay additionally for the taxi. 4. There are no super markets or shops around the hotel. There is a one boutique shop adjacent to the hotel but it doesn't have frozen meals and they do not accept card payments. Cash only. 5. Drinking Water which is a basic need of a human is not given free here. They give only 2 x 500 ml water bottles for 2 days for free. If you want extra you will have to pay 5 RMB per each bottle.

very bad. will never come back.

there was no wifi although it’s a hotel at an airport. they must expect tourist to come and not have a chinese sim. and they don’t care they’re not finding a solution. Staff didn’t speak a word of english so i couldn’t understand anything & we couldn’t communicate. as they didn’t understand i didn’t eat cause i couldn’t ask if they’re was anything to eat and i couldn’t go to the spa although i booked this hotel specifically for the spa. when i arrived i waited 30min for the shuttle bus. everything was very unclear and ghetto.

Was happy to leave.

The room was surprisingly clean compared to the chaos and party leftovers all over the hotel facilities. The bed was really comfortable. The airport pickup service was well arranged and on time (starts at 4:10AM).

It was like sleeping in an ashtray, it was unbearable. There were multiple parties going on around my floor. The carpet on the entire floor was covered with spills, burns. You can only get there by taxi, it really is in the middle of nowhere. Overall, it was a bit of a dreadful experience and I felt uncomfortable there, especially as a woman travelling alone.

Horrible

This was a very bad experience, once I got off the plane I was crammed into the shuttle bus with a lot of other people. When I arrived at the hotel they informed me that the card machine was broken and that I needed to pay with cash that I didn’t have, they offered to take me in to morning to go and get some but completely miscommunicated this with the other staff members of which only one spoke English. They then made me pay for a taxi to go and get the money to pay for the hotel. On top of this the room was very dirty and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable

Large clean rooms and free airport transfer

Great stay close to the Shanghai airport. Free airport transfer. Clean and private rooms. Very comfortable beds fully enclosing curtains. Check in was due to language issues tideous but possible. Late check out till 12:00 is possible.

Exceptional

Great breakfast buffet, extremely helpful and friendly staff, brand new hotel, free shuttle service to the hotel and each evening to old market. Nice pool area. Free drinking water all the times

Very clean and staffs are so nice. Even they can't speak English but tried to talk to us by used translate application.

There are buses for Pudong airport and Disneyland but just a few. But the Taxi price for the airport and Disneyland is not that expensive.
