well there was a physical fight with a couple in the room next to me i called the front dest and they came up and they heard them fighting in the room. i think at that point they should have asked them to leave but they did not .. i was about to leave because it was just crazy....

The room was clean

The AC was broken and it felt like a sana in the room. We only stayed one night and checked in late so we dealt with it, but if I was there staying any longer I would have asked to switch rooms.

the cleanliness, room service, and customer service was poor.

Only good thing was that there was a jacuzzi and Starbucks is next door.

My dislikes about the hotel , the sheets were stained and Dirty. we went to Walmart to buy thin blankets to lay on. The microwave didn’t work. The pull out couch had yellow stains on bed so my 11 year old daughter had to just sleep on the couch part. Also a lot of homeless in parking lot due to they share parking lot with child support building and Starbucks.

the tv didn’t work. that was really annoying because my kids were present and of course they couldn’t watch cartoons like they wanted. yes I did complain 3 times and they replaced the remote and batteries but still didn’t work.

Staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good for free. They were helpful with calling for transport to and from the airport.

We arrived very late from our flight and I noticed the room smelled lightly of cigarette smoke. We were too tired to complain as we arrived at 2am pacific after traveling from the east coast. The next day we were out all day at a tournament and the smoke smell was worse when we got back. I complained to the office staff, but they were booked solid. The lady behind the counter said they would talk to their manager and try to compensate me for a night, but they never did. You would think a non-smoking room and hotel would have noticed this during their cleaning process and made sure the smell was gone before putting it back into service.

outdoors swimming pool, I didn’t notice it’s outdoor swimming pool, But others are good, Fitness center, parking, breakfast

one side of our King size bed was too close to the wall and window with minimal room to walk along side bed
