Clean and nice front desk people
4.2
Location
The price. Felt it was expensive based on location.
4.2
Loved the location
It advertises breakfast but only has 2 waffle makers (each time had 20-25 people in there trying to use them) and cereal, if you’re use to hotels who make a decent breakfast this place isn’t for you.. our room also had a lot of ants that we were having to deal with.. we checked out a day earlier for those reasons and a few other personal reasons & I have yet to receive a refund for the night we didn’t stay
4.2
New hotel, nice staff, very close to Mammoth Caves
4.2
It was fine. The Sleep Inn met my basic needs and expectations for a hotel stay.
I wish the pool/pool area was bigger but it is not like that is something that can really be changed.
4.2
The room was clean and comfortable
The breakfast was all sweet stuff. No eggs or
Protein. Very disappointing. The game room was a rip off.
4.2
The staff was really nice.
Room didn’t have a bathtub. Breakfast was just cold cereal or waffles was not impressed.
4.2
Nothing. That hotel should not be on Booking.com. Overpriced, cheap with horrible maintenance and questionable ownership.
The hotel had limited rooms with bathtubs, the rooms were dilapidated, with flaking tile grout, dirty towels, cheap tv sets, limited channels, broken features. Sticking doors.
The noise between the floors is terrible, no insulation at all. You will hear a guest upstairs walking.
Everything screamed “we want to save money, and you are already here, so deal with that.’
4.2
The location
The carpet stunk bad.
4.2
Close to mammoth caves but that is all!
Run down, hard uncomfortable beds, small pool, breakfast was lacking, over all cleanliness was poor .
4.2
Clean Rooms great location about 5 miles to Mammoth Cave NP. Many activities to do on the way to the NP
Nothing

new, clean,
the breakfast was mediocre- only waffles , cereal, yogurts
no eggs, sausage etc
pool is very small as well as fitness room - only cardiac machine - no weights
4.2
nice property and clean
The breakfast offering was skimpy and disappointing.
4.2
nice room with comfortable couch

very clean hotel
small pool
4.2
Clean and everything seemed to be well kept up.
Beds were pretty uncomfortable. Breakfast was described as "hot breakfast" but was definitely not that. The pool was tiny. Very disappointed.
4.2
Breakfast was kind of weak. No eggs, bacon or sausage. Just cold food.
4.2
Clean, quiet, not crowded at all, helpful staff, comfortable, hot water in shower was AMAZING
Breakfast selection was small and not fully stocked and ended a little early (but was okay), strange glitch locked us out of our room, but staff was helpful correcting this
4.2
I did not eat breakfast. Coffee was fair.
The bed seemed a little stiff.
4.2
I thought the breakfast was very good, lots of healthy choices. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
There were only two things we did not like. One was when the air came on you could not hear the TV and you had to turn it up real loud. The other thing was the indoor pool was very cold and we had been looking forward to relaxing in it before going to bed. On Monday it was bearable and we stayed in it about 15 minutes but on Tuesday it was not warm at all.
4.2
Location and the outdoor lighting security
The pool. For a hotel of that size??? My grandson is a tall person and this was like a little lap pool and when a family of 4 showed up. Now what?
4.2
great location, very clean
took a while for hot water, but there was hot water — waffles were bitter, did not replenish cooked breakfast food, so even at 8am we didn’t get eggs/bacon
4.2
Easy off expressway and convenient to restaurants and gas station
Door keys wouldn't work and had to swipe several times to work or get reprogrammed at the desk
